Bahria town is bad news in all sectors. Electricity charges are almost double then the usual K electric. Don’t be surprised if you get extra utility bills every month . Security is very bad , it is use not to protect the tenants but to fight against them . Please check with Bahria residents living in Rawalpindi . How they are treated by the management , when you have any complaints. And decoy-ties in karachi plus Rawalpindi on a highest level . When you complain they will not bother.

After his last two tweets, Malik riyaz really disappoint me. This tweet will be the last nail in the coffin of Bahri town. I know that thousands of people have done a huge investment in bahria but malik riyaz in his last days of life, instead of saving investers of bahria he is trying to safe a characterless traitor of Pakistan. May he thought that after this tweet, overseas will start investing but i am sorry, even those who were till now related to bahria, will also start to restrain themselves. 😢. Yes i m 100% agree that btk is a state of art but it is also a reality that malik riyaz has been proven a money launderer by UK NCA, he sold more land than what he had to sell, its also true that he didn’t pay the penalty of supreme court properly, he also didnt paying tax too and after all this he is talking about over his deadbody ??? What a shame. So shamefull just shame full. First time i m regretting for investing in bahria in last 10 yrs 😢. However i believe on Almighty Allah .
