Do you find it sounds like a tin can when under revs brother? I removed the baffles on mine and it sounded like pure shit. Sounds like yours has no baffles either so wondering how you got it to not sound horrible
Sounds good but also has stock header gutted which pipe is smaller and muffler is 3.5 inches no baffle…. Sound good have videos rippin on bike

I have an S&S 106 kit with high comp pistons in my 07 dyna, sounds similar to this bike, I have a thunderheader now, and after this video I want to take the baffle out so bad! Is it going to hurt anything on the bike if I do?
The bikes we took baffle out thunderheader so far no loss bikes run good!

@@MossTheJockey it was designed to flow a certain way with that baffle in it. It may sound different but it won't give the performance it was designed to give now. Thunderheader is the best 2 into 1 you can buy for a reason! Their products are second to none they put a lot of research into the design.
