I lost my remote and my bed is upright can someone please help how to push it down
There’s a battery pack on the bottom of base to set it down. It’s a 9v battery that is needed.

Thank you so much! My remote stopped working a long time ago so I was using the app to adjust it but when I updated my phone the app was no longer available and I thought I was going to have to buy a new remote but thanks to you, my original remote is now working just fine! 🎉 😄

Hanford store 594026- thanks for the video. When had an associate give someone our 900 remote. The warehouse sent us another remote but I think it was a newer remote and our floor model is an older 900. I tried you suggestions but it didn’t work. Any ideas what we can do?

Great video do you know what type of connections those are or if I run just sodder back wires without since the ones I have on by bed are chewed up and well I'd like to get it back and running asap just not sure since 2 of the wires on the 6 wire cords are different color

Anybody know where to find these? Been looking everywhere and yes I've been to several Mattress Firm stores as well as a warehouse - they keep trying to give me the L & P version when I specifically mention ENSO.
My 900 base won’t lounge but it makes the sound. What can it be
The difference on 3.0 and 4.0? My mom bought the 3.0 her furniture padding is double the thickness that the one I bought which is the 4.0. 4.0 makes sounds when I lay on bed and i raise the head. 4.0 bad quality

I’m trying to reset my 900 adjustable base but my power box does not have a reset button??
Mine does not either, I did find that you can sync the remote by just unplugging the power, plugging it back in and then following the instructions. Sadly this does not work with a king bed setup because you still need one remote per base.

How do you disassemble the base for moving?
Does this thing come in pieces you have to put together? Like if you couldn't fit a normal box spring up the stairs does this come smaller so it could fit somewhere then be put together once in the room? Appreciate any responses, thanks
When you purchase they have the option of split queens or split twin long that make a king bed. They do cost more thoe.

What do you have attached to your drill that is helping you screw in the hex bolts? What size is it?
Just a socket with an extension I think it was a size 14.

Hey Jose, I was wondering if you had a guide to attach headboard brackets to a 900 adjustable platform.
Could you help with my issue? The control box lights are off. So, I hit reset on the control box and a light under the bed comes on, as well as a light on the box. Then, within a few seconds, it turns back off. What do you think is wrong with the power on the main power/control box?

I would not recommend this bed I always have trouble with it I've only had for 2 months and I can never get it to work I think it's 11:00 and they just keep give me the run around about it so I don't think this is a good buy at all

How do you program the memory button on the 300?
Place the base on the position of your liking and then hold the memeory button to lock the position.
@@josecordero8169 I have tried that but it does not work. Anytime I push the memory button it lays the bed flat.

Try this to set the memory button: 1. Position the Head and Foot to your desired position. 2. Press and Hold the Flashlight button until the backlight flashes. 3. Press the MEM button WITHIN 2 seconds. This worked for mine. The salesperson at the second MattressFirm store I asked for assistance with this, actually found the answer on Reddit for me. She was frustrated that she had no “training” from the company. Hope this helps you, like it did me.

Bases usually have a serial number if you call your manufacturer they can ship you a new remote. And just follow the syncing process.

I have the mattress firm 300 adjustable base and I got the headboard bracket. In both your videos my base looks like neither of the ones in your videos so this is extremely frustrating

Add me to the list of frustrated customers. I have the P300 adjustable base product (for a queen sized bed). There is one hole on each side for the headboard bracket connecting piece to connect onto the frame. They are not on the sides. Instead, it is up and down. As a result, my brackets are off by a full 90 degrees and completely unusable.
Going through same thing. Mattress Firm L300 (made by Leggett Platt) supply is running-out. They're now shipping P300 (made by Enso). The bracket Matress Firm sells only fits the L300. Now stuck trying to source a bracket, for the P300. This kit isn't it. Mattress Firm's P300 doesn't have holes drilled through the frame. I know you are talking about the 300 frame. I have a 600 and I have misplaced my remote. How can I get a replacement remote
Call their warranty department the base has a serial number underneath in either of the 2 actuators. Provide that number and they should be able to mail one directly. Or if you bought it at mattress firm contact your sales rep sometimes their warehouse has spares remotes. Warranty department will be your best option.
Help! Your instructions were perfect but can only get one side at a time to adjust. We have two twin bases with a single KING mattress on top. Mattress Firm sinked ONE controller to make both bases move up and down together. Can you help me with this programming option? Your video was fantastic! We just have a different issue seeing as we don’t have 2 split mattresses but 1 King.
Disconnect both bases and start syncing one at a time with one single remote. Step 1-unplug both bases Step 2- plug one base leaving the other one unplugged and sync just like in the video. Step 3- do the same process to the second base make sure the 1st base is unplugged Step 4- unplug both bases and plug them back in Step 5- both bases should be synced together to one remote. Hope this helps

Pretty sure the hardware included doesn't come with enough screws. If you want 4 on each side for the last piece, it definitely does not come with enough

@@josecordero8169 Just called them and they told me they were unable to specifically choose this part. Apparently they use two different manufactures for the same base - Enso and Leggett. I was given the Enso base, but they gave me the Leggett hardware and they make their metal bars thicker so the Leggett bracket couldn't fit on the bar and the employee said they were unable to choose which manufacture they can get the headboard bracket from
