im actually a fan of firm beds. with less sinking. i tend to sit on my bed as i watch tv, and also sleep on it. same side. im just wondering, after a year, are you guys sinking me on it already? i hope not, coz im looking into this right to buy for the firmness

What about the smell at the beginning? This mattress has a latex as top layer. Did you feet that rubber smell?

Thank you for the honest review in a sea of influencer BS. We have a 5 year old original basic ecosa that was firm when we bought it, and it's just gotten worse each year. Tried numerous toppers and finally decided to just replace the damn thing, as we're both developing issues from it. Have still been tempted to give one of their hybrids a go, as the price is so much better than most brick and mortar stores.. and trying to navigate all the various brands and true value for money in those places is nightmarish. Has the softness improved at all? Would love to just go with the pure, but seeing that same initial firmness we had with ours worries me, despite it not being a hybrid like this... and knowing how bad ours started to feel in the first year.. Wish mattress shopping was simpler. Have no idea what to buy now, but really appreciate the honest review though!

Hi Andrew… at the end you mentioned the side are not good and you could roll off the edges.. is this still the case? Have they firmed up over time? How bad is it or is it ok? Matt

Nice review mate I had the same problem trying to find some more info and reviews on this bed. Ended up buying it probably about the same time as you with the sales they had on. Got the pure too with the bed frame and yes the first night was disappointing, it’s slowly feeling better but definitely firm. Thinking about getting the topper but not sure if it’s going to fit the pure mattress? See what it’s like in a couple more weeks 👍

I know this was done a while ago, not sure if you still have the same tank but I was wondering if anyone else finds the water output a bit strong? Is there a way to reduce the flow?

Awesome quick review, how many fish did you have in this tank, type and numbers? Also have you kept the same filter system? I've just bought the exact same tank and am planing on putting in 3 female guppies, 6 neon tetras, 6 harlequin rasboras and 3 panda corydoras. I'm also from NZ.
