The reason I started a new one is because in case it did blow up going to 21 stars, I still had my old Gollux equips for bossing. If I transferred my fodder equips into the old ones, I not only lose my potential, it also had a chance to boom and I would be left weaker after this Starforce event. Basically, I didn't use the old ones, just incase things went wrong.

It took me around a year and a half to get to this point. I am playing solo, and still learning as I go, so it might have been faster if I was more experienced. Plus if you play with others, I truly believe you can get to this point in half the time it took me.

Once you start learning the mechanics of the game you will progressing a lot faster. I have some videos teaching mechanics that might help! But, I think joining a guild will help a lot, they can help you with bosses a lot sooner than you could do solo. Also, they can give some great advice as well.

For me, it's just quick recaps of what my progression is looking like. I guess my content is for people who want a quick insight on how a casual player progresses and relative speed you can go. Not every week is a giant gain, so I like to consolidate them at a later date.

For real, the only game where you can put in a bunch of resources, only for your item to get weaker :( I still play though, it's a problem.

I think they crutch on these toxic mechanics because it’s a lazy way of pushing the goal post. Otherwise ppl reach big goals too easily because they just don’t want to make the appropriate content. So rather than a genuine progression barrier, they’d rather block it with Time and Luck Barriers. Basically Nexon is lazy and doesn’t want to make the game actually good quality. So they just make sure you’re stuck in the middle instead.

think it depends on level and how many you're reviving. but for example, at level 35 it costs 5k points to revive all of them per month (which you will easily get) so it's not a hard thing to up keep if you're playing at least somewhat actively. Just do dailies and weekly bosses and you'll have no problem at all

It costs 1000 artifact points to renew one expired crystal. To extend all of them before expiry, it depends on how many crystals you have, and how long you already had them for.

For me, getting at least a total level of 10-16 on my trinodes work out.

In the case of CRA, you should have a bunch of duplicates so no need to safeguard. If CRA booms you can just transfer the trace to a replacement, as it keeps your potential. Essentially you should keep starring the same CRA equip to not lose potential and eventually 22 star. For Gollux, it is a bit different. Gollux is a lot more rare so we do fodder it. If you are scared of booming, you can safeguard your gollux equips to 17 stars. Once you get multiples of gollux gear, use fodder equips and transfer them into the new items and then try to go for 21-22 stars on them. No need to touch your equips you already have potential on. Start on a clean one so you don't have to reset a potential, and once you hit 21-22 you can potential it. tldr; CRA, just keep starforcing the same item. Gollux, keep a set of equip that you use as gear (don't transfer fodder into them if you are scared of booming it), when you get multiples, transfer fodder into them and even if they boom no potential is lost. For me, I just get my fodder to 21 stars, then transfer them into the gollux equip. You can 22 star fodder, but it is a bit riskier because you have to pass two 30% with the high boom chance.

Lol no problem! I do got to admit, it is very tempting to starforce Tyrant gear xD. Also, those types of scrolls do not work on Tyrant gear or any magnus equips.

That's a great point, I have a bunch of fodder left over and I could just push my 21 items to 22 and get rid of them. For real tho, I am just scared of booming xD. But really, I had no idea Arcane boxes expire, like why would they do that? Nexon with their big brain ideas :)

For arcane gear I start with getting 2 sets of each piece before proceeding to get more until I tap, it just hurts having spares and you 1 tap an equip to 22*, also 22 or boom on pitched boss gear, from my understanding is there's no point in swapping your gear to pitch unless it's already 22 and you have 3 set, the bonus stats from other sets outweigh the benefit of one pitch item. I think source and ET are the only ones that are kind of worth since source is transferrable for easy 22 and ET is a good ring to replace KT, if you're running sup ring; Slime ring; KT; and Ror4/cont4

@@brandonsam5011 depends on which piece but yeah typically if they're 22 u can insta swap, though different players break gollux at different times depending on WSE/fams/etc.

Thanks! Yeah, I too didn't know about rouletting/committing in the beginning, I feel like you have to know the pain of starforcing to grasp this concept initially xD. So, hopefully it does help somebody. I too am solo prog based, and I think you are completely right that you can solo normal lucid/will with 17 star equips. For me 30 min is a bit long to boss fight, and I don't enjoy it when it becomes endurance based. Cgloom is crazy though, you gotta be a god xD

You bring up such a great point! Pushing to start getting the pitched set as early as possible is worth the meso cost, even off shining. Lol I'm not yet at the very late game (not even close), but I've seen the discord, and how many mesos it takes to even gain a little more range. MapleStory be too tough sometimes T_T

That's a good strategy. I still think going 15-20 during 5/10/15 is just a bit more easy, because we can remove one less 30%. I really can't trust my luck xD
