This was the old Lancaster California Chuck E. Cheese’s, which was open from 1993, to January of 2011. It was located in the Valley Central Way shopping center, and was left abandoned for a few years, until Sola Salon Studios took over the building. The characters were sent elsewhere to be used for parts, with Jasper, Chuck, and Munch’s masks being sent to the Northridge California Chuck E. Cheese’s.
