The compote was true "manhattan", the other piece is "Park Avenue'm made in 1987.....

Kim, I applaud your excitement.....my glass collection is 90% Anchor Hocking's "Manhattan, and little sister "Park Avenue".....also have lots of "Indiana's Tea Room"....many pieces glow.....

Please don't use the words "Pontil" and marks....similar to "Tuna fish" . the word "pontil" is enough....

More uranium glass content please

My grandmother got a chunk of Uranium from a family member who work at a Uranium plant. Grandma kept the Uranium in her underwear drawer she got cancer and died.

My 12 year old grandson just bought his first piece of uranium glass. He paid for it with his own money. It is a small juice glass. He paid $28. I think he paid to much for it but he was excited to have it. I told him that his Meema would get him a black light for his birthday coming up, to display his piece’s as he collect it. I also have an extra black light flashlights. He loves this idea. I also sent his mom several of your You Tube videos to show him. I now have a thrifting buddy and I am so excited.

I have a couple of mother & child Swan Bowls (life size) from my grandmother's collection.

Just remember to tell everyone that UG glows because it's Fluorescent under UV only . . . NOT b/c it's radioactive ! 😉😇 . . . Like all other Fluorescent Minerals in the rock shops are NOT radioactive (just glow naturally from optical chemistry).

My great great grandmother had 21 childern so yes big table im betting alot of husbands custom made tables for there large familys in the 1800s my parents would use a big sheet of plywood to extend are table at Christmas and other hollidays

Very nice china cupboard ,but kind of dark . If painted it in color white only inside to makes background brighter for better display of items. or post wallpaper 😊
