U should be wearing dust masks
10:04 never cut before a big log. What a deception.
I want to see a thick log being crushed.... I get it!

Once again, repetitions have been edited together. This is fraud!
I like the profitability of this company. This company really turns everything into money. Every piece of wood is used. If management also solved the problem of "overloading" and gave employees better training on the machine, profitability would be even better. I worked for 30 years in work process consulting and also had 2 factories, so I'm commenting on this. Why is the truck driver always sleeping and not driving up? A worker has to constantly wake him up so that the truck doesn't overflow. And there would be other improvements as well.
Ukraina 😂😂😂😂😂
👍👍👍👍

Best part of the video.
Why do you mix scenes from summer films that have already been broadcast with winter scenes? Do you think the viewers are so stupid that they won't notice?
How many trucks do you do in a day? It be awesome if we could see at least one leave in a video.
2-4. maybe later.
I love watching the mulching but please repair the mulching machine It is costing you a lot of money and frustration for your hard working men
You are partially correct, thank you....
Good job
THANKS
Need a radio to the truck so you can communicate with the driver. Video are cool keep up with the work and have a nice holiday to all your crews members
it's an extra cost, maybe later :) thank you very much, you too
@@WildProcesses the best solution, electric wheel push on truck wheel, with remote control
Is this pretty woman the boss?
what's your guess?
@@WildProcesses Your IQ must be very low. You're answering a question with a counter question again. A question is answered with an answer! Your counter question will embarrass you all over the internet!
Why don't you take care of your own body? Are you suicidal? Protective clothing, helmet and face protection, as well as safety shoes are a must.
Bravo! The workers have learned not to stuff the machine full!
You don't think that's right?
ДРОБИЛКА В ЩЕПУ ЛИБО СЛАБАЯ ИЛИ ТУПЫЕ НОЖИ.
A major accident to happen the question is just when
why
MINUS MAUSE !!!
That thing has to be set up like a grinder cause wood chippers run a little different they chip and if getting stressed reverse load then proceed chipping but iv only been around Vermeer stuff made here in. Iowa one of many machines for construction and about everything out there they do
I heard you. How long have you been working? Do you like this job?
@@WildProcesses I'm retired but my friends dad had a tree company and he took it over but supply own wood with the trees they take down was working when2 brand new Vermeer wood chippers where delivered to job site but been around that stuff are had friends who had connections but he bought a grinder to grind up chips these posts interesting cause I have done the work and things change trying to keep up with technology been taking it easy last three years had open heart surgery now lungs are messed up trying to get them figured out I was thinking those poles logs could be used for fence post are firewood but don't know your operation so you grind and send to mill are power plant it's interesting thanks for getting back to me I just like watching stuff like you do hope covered what you asked if not will become pen pals lol thanks again
@@WildProcesses I'm a retired trucker second post had a sand and gravel company then we had a landfill so ment all kinds of people tree company would be customers plus all kinds of people but my folks gave me a gift to gab so I talk a lot I have PTSD doctor says therapy for me to get on here and make connections I'm a person that been there done that are seen it done thanks for giving me chance to tell you what I did and ment interesting people from all lines of work thanks again
i respect the work you guy's do but gotta be honest with you guys as a ex logger whos transitioning into a mill work and knowing the risks dangers Hazzards not seeing any protective wear kinda speaks stuiped to me in many different ways. However i know everywhere is different and same with their regulations but guys u should be wearing at least facesheilds because if something gets u in face it can be badnews from losing eyes to having something smoke yah in the head and kill yah or knock yah out cold or impale you in the thourt anything a chippers kickback is no joke and nothing to take lightly.
you may be right, thank you. any experience with this kind of work?
@@WildProcesses not with those types of chippers with sm to medium sized chippers that u do tree work with yes. those chippers u guys are useing none id like to get some experience with the bigger ones though.
You are absolutely right. You don't always have to follow the rules, but look after your own body. Protective clothing, a helmet and face protection, as well as safety shoes are a must.
Can't see every body's program its just a pole chiper it doing what its made to do.
what do you mean?
Oh, winter is coming.
yes...
Is this mill just making fence posts ?
do you have any other suggestions?
@@WildProcessesdo u guys have any railroad companies if yes railroad ties are always a huge demand firewood prefad homes log homes i mean there's tons of things sawmills can produce especially if their demand for them that's biggest thing is making sure their is a market for it.
This mill is just making fence posts ?
if u change with new machine, made in half time and half cost..... my opinion. TOP video thanks
thanks
Please tell the workers not to cram the facility so full!!!!!!
why?
Conveyor belt overloaded
@@WildProcesses Can you only answer questions with a counter question? Intelligence quotient?
I'm surprised! Has the conveyor belt finally been repaired?
what do you mean?
@@WildProcesses You can't ask stupider questions than the ones you do.
Sexy Girl
really?
@@WildProcesses yes
Where is this mill I'd love this job loading the chipper trailer
in Europe. Unfortunately, all the seats are taken.
Are these men hell bent on chocking this machine up
what makes you think that?
@WildProcesses instead of nice and steady and keep that machine constantly chipping I wouldn't bring the wood close to the other conveyor until I had worked away what I could pull with the claw I wouldn't want to have reverse the conveyor all the time because of jamming the chipper with a massive pile of wood I know accidents will happen but I wouldn't want to cause them It's only my opinion
In which country is this factory located?
Unfortunately, you won't get an answer from them.
Europe
?
Health n safety not good that man shouldn't be climbing on the stack while conveyor belt is running where are their helmets n safety glasses .are they trained to operate the chainsaw ??
Where is this factory located please ?

One should never miss a day of work or be tardy, at this facility Great video & sawmill 🤔👍🏻
we're fine with it.)
How do you process the wood and what does it look like?
pine tree
Couldn't help but wonder how much wood has ended up down her shirt?
What is the product ? Is it the bark peals or the clean logs ?
It happens in different ways
Why isn't the blade tracking right? Are the bearings going bad?
Maybe because they’re cutting too fast… the mill is probably homemade and perhaps built a bit light for that rate of production work. Good job though!
thank you very much
I had a little trouble at the time, but it's okay now.
I life in sawmill country she is definitely dresses for sawmill work. 😅
