I downloaded this video from another channel, thanks to that guy we have the only VOL. 2 video available online. Since the official MOSSA channel does not have this video (it has a japanese one), I decided to upload my favorite workout on the extinct Xbox Fitness app. I know the quality is not amazing but it is what it is.
