Ibadan City Chorale (ICC) is an excellent community choral group of international standard and repute located in Ibadan. We explore the beauty and ambience of excellent training in choral music for performances in concerts, ceremonies and events both within and outside Nigeria.
ICC was founded in 2017, borne out of passion of its members for good music and excellent performance. ICC encourages cross-cultural participation of ethnic, cultural, religious and social-groups to attain the highest level of artistic achievement.
ICC also offer outstanding performances of diverse repertoires reaching across genres, time, periods and cultures, bringing to varied audiences deeper understanding and broader appreciation for choral and indigenous music. Since inception, Ibadan City Chorale has staged three Christmas concerts, and participated in many events and ceremonies in Nigeria under the leadership of Dr. Tolu Owoaje of the Department of Music, University of Ibadan.
