Hi there , it all depends on the size. The base for this was around 12,000 euro. The build all depends on size but you can check out all their designs on www.veradomo.com

Wow it's coming along nicely... I live in Bulgaria also. Lived here 3 yrs now.. I'd love to know how much it cost for the whole building including labour materials and plans for building it please? I'd love to build one on my land here. I'm from the UK also.
Hi, it all depends on size really and if you opt for internal plasterboards etc. including the base and everything for 98sqm your looking around 50k euro
