This video explores the connection between the subconscious and our binge eating habit. If you've been trying to stop binge eating for a while but are having struggling to break the habit, there may be some deeper reasons at play.
This video focuses on the subconscious block of self-punishment, specifically. If you believe that you deserve punishment, you will always find a way to work that out in your behaviors. Whether it's binge eating, overworking, using substances, avoiding responsibilities, doom scrolling, or whatever your own personal brand of self destruction is, there is something here to be looked at and healed.
