Good question. The Headrush is a great device and works great for practice etc.. but I think it lacks a little compared to the original one Headrush with regards to overall sound but jumping between amps in a few patches causes clipping and a few other issues which is a real shame about the Prime. TMP I think has the upper hand as it sounds really good using the TMP FR or Headrush FRFR. The TMP has gapless switching but still lacks several affects but it's early days. I only paid a few £ pound for the TMP but I wouldn't pay the £1200 asking price. 🎶🎶👍😊

@@digital-guitars-uk Thanks for the info brother, I traded in my Prime a while ago I was very disappointed. I got a used MX5 and now use that or my regular pedalboard with a Boss IR2. The TMP is a little too pricey at the moment. Rock on! ;)

I mainly play through an assortment of plugins. I had plans to replace these pickups, but I’m really pleased with how these sound. Now I’m waiting patiently for a seven string version 😂

Hope you enjoy it!. I found that the best way to approach this is to fret at note and use the violin technique. Larry Carlton uses this technique in his ballad type leads. Wish I picked up the core rather than the bigger pedalboard but the prime is a really great product and I found it spot on using the practice function. Not using it much at the moment as I'm using the Tone Master Pro more. However I working on something using the new synth effects on the Prime. Thanks for watching and all my best wishes 😎🎶🎶🎶

Howdo mate. The last update certainly improved the unit but a few more is need with regards to effects but overall it's a pretty good unit which is easier to use and better than the Kemper etc... Thanks for watching Steve. There's a lot you can achieve the Headrush units but it does to a small amount of customisation to finally find those effects etc... Trying to create synth sounds are possible but the GM800 unit can't really be beat on creating truly cinematic sounds and textures. Let me know how you getting on after a few weeks on the Prime. @@digital-guitars-uk Being in flamenco and gypsy rumba (I.e Gipsy Kings) repertoire the important fact of your Cordoba is that when playing those styles, guitar 'breathes'. If the body is all solid it's impossible to reach that intention. Instead Yamaha silent not providing a wood top, will never permit you to beat with ring finger the famous 'golpe' as part of a gipsy or flamenco strumming technique. Best musical wishes🤟🎸🎵
