As a foster-based, all breed, no-kill animal rescue, One Tail at a Time | PDX has been working out of trunks and basements since launching in 2015 saving over 1275 dogs (and 11 kittens and 1 pig) by getting them out of overcrowded shelters and into loving foster homes, and then forever homes.
