This makes so much sense and I see how we are hindered in our walk with God due to our imagination. When we harness our imagination with the Word of God, we can experience all that God has for us.

What a wonderful talk with Patrick today about his passion to advance the Kingdom of God by being willing to lay down his life for the Gospel of Jesus Christ! (Teresa too) I see in Patrick such a pure heart . A heart totally sold out to God's will and purpose . Knowing with certainty that the Lord God is with him in what he has been chosen to do! You bring such encouragement to my heart to stay on target, stay the course, don't get off or stop, keep moving! Such a beautiful heart.

It doesn't sound strange to me that someone said God told them to wear a certain color or outfit on that day. That's what Proverbs 3: 6 says. In all our ways, acknowledge Him, and He will direct our paths. I asked Him what should I cook? I didn't have any ideas, and He said, " You have such in such in there make bla bla. I used such and such and bla bla because it was a long time ago and now I can't remember what it was, but I was surprised how He answered me, He knew exactly what I had in the cabinet and told me what to make, and I obeyed Him. This is a good way to train ourselves to include God in our everyday lives and create that intimacy with Him.

Gentlemen, that is the BEST explanation of how we miss the Covenant Promises of God! Thank you for sharing your wisdom with us!

Sorry to you all about the loss of communication during this episode but... The conversation continued!😊 Be the initiator of conversation in all walks of your life, but especially with the Lord in any place and at any time. Use these 3 points for more effective conversation: 1) Approach the conversation with humility (drop your expectations and understanding). 2) Use sympathetic listening (hear what "they" have to say to understand their perception from their vantage point). 3) When you understand their message/thoughts, you can apply critical thinking to resolve a specific solution in a loving manner. The Lord does the same to us. He listens, understands and then offers the solution (easier to accept Gods solution when we humbly lay down our own). God bless you all and prayers for Lisa & Chris to continue blessing the world!

This was so helpful. So many good points. I have felt many times that if I’m “not worrying” then I must not care. I now see that this is a lie. I know for me, many times I feel I need to jump in right away and do something. Fix whatever it is. Instead of first, praying, and casting my care on the Lord. Knowing this is no surprise to Him and that He has a plan. Thank you again for this great message!
