Totally understand limited space or it being heavy… 😢 We only have one cast iron and we pretty much cook everything on it! However stainless steel is a great option too. 🙌🏼

To each their own 🙌🏼 we use stainless steel too for pasta- that’s a great option! We say in the beginning to get rid of nonstick 🙃

If cast iron is too heavy, maybe give carbon steel a try. It shares most of the benefits of cast iron, but it's lighter

You’d be surprised how easy it is to maintain! Honestly I find it easier to clean than stainless steel. Like we demonstrated in the video👏🏼🙌🏼

All you do is heat it up to get rid of the water, put some oil on it. Done. Food tastes way better. No nasty teflon.

after it cools we wipe it with olive oil! 🙌🏼

I also use avocado oil, or lard. Used to use grapeseed oil, but went to avocado. Tallow or ghee would work well too, im sure. Anything that can handle heat well.

Cast iron is the best!

@@ddiq47 Yes Jesus Died but rose up so he technically isn’t dead… But!!! Enoch and Elijah never died. They were taken up to heaven. Some say they will be the ones that return and be the witnesses in the end days. The book of Enoch apparently was in the Bible but they decided to take it out. But there are a lot of people who think it should still be in the Bible. As I think about it, you would actually have a legit debate against me on this. Because they took the book of Enoch out of the Bible and I don’t think Elijah actually wrote any of the Bible. But the whole Bible is inspired by God and Jesus is God. So he is the Arthur by default. So you aren’t wrong but you’re not right. I have to process it more. Haha This would be a good conversation over some chicken wings and root beers. Haha
