Word guhl. I so feel this. Because our training as actors has also taught us it's all or nothing or go big or go home. Which is hard because it's a set up for constant self detriment. I'm working on it too. Glad we are trying together. Sometimes I feel like "well if I can't get a big chunk of XYZ done, why even try?" But gotta chip away at the iceberg slowly. Or... avalanche. Literally!

It's become just such a factory. No one cares - the care is OUT of "healthcare" and it's all about making money. It costs less to educate people and takes more time and big pharma is allllllll about bottom line. It really enrages me - especially the way in which they handle chronic care (like Huyen discusses). I know ya feel me guhl !

Yeah "letting go" can be hard especially when it comes to food and the fear of being wasteful. Harry's really helped me not buy as much and eat what I have before I stock up again.
