Depende de la comunidad, hay varias dentro del resort, nosotros pagamos 175 euros al mes, incluye internet 50 m, seguridad con vigilantes, en la comunidad no hay ocupas, la cuota incluye también la jardinería y el mantenimiento de las piscinas. Es una comunidad de 1800 pisos pero los edificios están todos separados, mucha tranquilidad, tienes aparcamiento de sobra, tienes dentro un súper pequeño, y 19 piscinas abiertas todo el año. Eso si, necesitas coche.
