Peters definitely very intelligent and has skills that could be used for good. Unfortunately the world is such that people like this often lack a moral compass or its very weak, so we lose them to the dark side. Make no mistake this man is or was evil, doesn't matter how eloquent or intelligent he is and the fact that he served his sentence. The pain of those that are hooked on the substances that went through him is on his hands.

This virus is like hiv /or chingunkuya virus I wonder if the scientist remember what the heck is a retrovirus.
