Do I need a keyboard for amiga games? Also gonna order the sinden light gun, anyone have one?

Hi I have trouble with my two sinden on Batocera and pc Both working together. I can play 2P gun games . Its fine. On Batocera and pi4 my black gun is ok and work. My second gun (blue) doesnt work even alone . the cross hair stay in a corner and i can shoot or add coin or press start but don't move the cross hair which stay at the bottom left hand corner. when I push left d pad during 3s the cross hair go the center i can shoot it but nothing change. I try to change usb plug on pi4 but nothing change. whatever even when my blue gun is plug alone i have this trouble. the black gun work perfectlly alone or when blue gun is plug. So i think is not a usb or power supply trouble. this morning i try to update to V40 my pi4 (was v39) => nothing change too. Can you help ? thank you from france Nicolas

*TLDR: Got a V2.6XL, last week. I'm very happy with it and don't have any hesitation in recommending it.* What you are getting is a mini PC with an external hard drive, with a Batocera set up on. In general the set up works fine straight out of the box. I would highly recommend that people do look at Batocera videos (the front end used), to customise things to your liking. There are several themes, plus options to tinker with, to get things to your liking and not forgetting Retroachievements, that can be added to enhance things further. Like all these systems, they do have some faults, with some games not loading, some of the more intense stuff, suffering from some stuttering and it having some pointless games for the UK audience, that are completely in foreign languages. But these games can be removed, replaced, by the user, by plugging the supplied hard drive into another computer/laptop and/or by looking at video/written guides on the internet. I would also suggest getting a wireless mini keyboard/mousepad set up, for the home computers featured, if that's a big thing for you. Finally, In simple terms, by following videos on youtube about Batocera on PC's, it means if you have an old laptop/pc sitting around, you can actually plug the hard drive in and by going into the computer BIOS, you can get it to boot from the drive first and use it on other devices. So all in all, the more time you invest into looking into it, you can really enhance your experience.

Thank you for this. Been looking for something like this for Batocera which I am running on my arcade. This takes out the hassle in trying to find the games I like to play and just give me all of them and everything else...

This looks a lot like 'Airborne Ranger' on the C64. Funny thing is, you can tell what was ported from Spectrum to C64 because a lot of them looked like this vid, and they were for the most part, great, as long as you didnt get a copy that was too far removed from a decent master (as in copy of a copy of a copy of a copy of a copy), almost my entire c64 collection came from a cop that lived next door whose entire collection was from other cops whose entire collection was from other cops, who confiscated them from somewhere back in the 80s when no one knew what the hell to do with them and a full game probably ran you about 50 cents for the magazine that printed the code you had to compile the game.

After 1 month my pads stopped registering with the console. Even using this method doesn't work anymore. Never touched the settings etc it literally doesn't register any controller now

I'm sure the Wingun/licensed Webley version is painted as well. They would not be blued as the metal is a zinc alloy (for the Wingun version too), not a steel.

Using a desktop gaming pc with batocera frontend, retroarch build works but the virtual keyboard won't close games with F10.
