I can't remember ever hearing him use it, my brother and I have rarely ever used it,and that was in our teen and young adult years, although I have cousins that use it as much as they use the word "the". Times changes the meaning and usage of words. It's time we stop using it, or since it is so prevalent in hip hop culture, which is quite integrated now, let everyone use it. I will not use it, even around my family and black friends who are comfortable with it.
