This is one of the best produced, detailed, and easy to follow videos I’ve ever seen on UA-cam! Thanks and now I want to trash any and all of my stupid videos. Really well done!
So what about if my turn signal bulb, the previous owner decided to snip the wires to the socket. So i have no socket or bulb... Bulb is easy to get but i looked on bmw parts now and bought the part the bmw technician told me to get and it was not the correct part at all. So im at a loss right now.
I'd try an auto recycler (junkyard) to see if they have one.
@@quirkyuncle9947 that was my next plan! Thanks for the tip!
Came for the bimmer, stayed for the brass band. Love a bit of brass band
I’m loving the Tom and Jerry style of music haha so suspenseful. Thank you for the help 🙂
Thanks a lot brother. Super helpful tutorial🙏🏻👍🏻
This was an amazing video. I’ve seen many like this and this one def showed all the info and made it easy to understand. Thank you!
Awesome, exactly what i needed, no bullshit.
Thank you! I'd like to add that some dielectric grease can be added to the assembly. Thats what Autozone told me at least *shrugs*
I can’t reinstall my cover to save my life
The inside cover is a real pain. The retaining bar gets in the way. Make sure that it is fully out of the way.
Hi can you please show picture with both light on inner and outer after that replacement? Changing the inner what part number is that and do you have a video for that please? Thanks you!
Thanks for taking the time and trouble to post this. It's saved me a LOT of hassle - the BMW handbook is hopeless! Thanks again.
what bulb type is that? your link does not work
Sorry, the blog is shut down. It had become too expensive to maintain. I’ve been using PIAA 17655 H7 Xtreme White Plus High Performance Halogen Bulbs in my Z4. They provide the best lighting I’ve found. Hoping to move to LEDs at some point, but the technology needs to mature a bit more for H7 conversions. Thanks for watching!
Make more videos! Cool choice of music tho some people might find it too classical for then. Awsome video work too!
Great. Needed this. Tunes fantastic.
great video thank you
Very useful video, dramatic background music! Cheerz!
I really don't miss the old Haynes manuals! Thanks bud great video!
Hi there, I am buying a z4M like yours and wonder if you have noticed the gap -5mm- between the headlight and upper part of the bumper? that made me think that the car was accidented, but no the carproof is clean! Any thoughts?
Aziz HACHIMI I think they come like that, my z4m has the exact same gap
They are gappy
Why do manufacturers make it increasingly harder to change bulbs. I’m just glad this wasn’t a bumper off job
Great vídeo!! Thanks 😉
It was easier than it looked in the video. Thanks to the detail in the video, I could replace the bulb with minimal effort.
i could do with out the weird music
mute it then
Do you have a DIY video on how to replace the DRL / flash to pass bulb? (the inner bulb next to the low beam headlight). I can't find any DIY videos for that bulb.
