In 7.4 the only possible answer is an increase in temperature, this can be known due the the very small increase of v2 or the reaction rate of the backwards reaction at 10 min, this small increase is due to the temperature increasing the amount of collisions and therefore also increasing the effective collisions leading to activated state. Overall the reaction rate here at 10 min increases by a small amount due to the increase in temperature. By increasing the concentration of SO3, such a small increase would not occur and the v2 line or backwards rate would just start at the previous equilibrium at 10 min.
