I couldn't recover from the Wisconsin Dockyard so enjoy me almost completing the ship I guess. In other news Ipiranga is pretty fun. A very sturdy secondary battleship and I am enjoying it with the special commander.

So I recorded the last main chapter because that is important plus the 5 extra chapters. So we have Akagi saved from her meta self. Kaga and the original Amagi's souls were retrieved. Observer needs correction, Tower summarizing the plot and Bonhomme Richard being trolled. Then there were a few other things I chose to ignore.

How nice of them to seperate normal and hard difficulties for this mode. Now I don't have to die instantly in the easier difficulty and get my rewards for it. My only gripe is that it gets so laggy that if it was hard mode, I would have no chance at all.

They changed the gameplay in this update so that you can 3 star the levels in a single run. Also the seperation of story from gameplay can make things confusing. I am so far ahead and have no idea what Akagi meta has to do with the plot but I guess I have to read the story for that. The story is quite long and will take some time away from the gameplay.

Yes I can. I call this method rocket pogging. Don't ask why I came up with the name but rocket pods equate to rocket pogs in my head. I ended the boss fight after only 62 seconds of combat. It could go faster if I didn't distract myself with shooting down one of Master Goose but yeah, this is how you speedrun the boss fights in the game. I should explore this method with the other boss fights.

Kaga fugging dies and turns into a tree except I didn't record that part so the thumbnail is clickbait. I only recorded the last chapter so whoopsies. I guess the story is getting interesting now. Had to read the whole story to get the reward.

Playing these missions without reading the story must be confusing. I don't understand any of the context of what I am doing. We'll have to find out eventually though. Also this stage is supposed to be like an EX stage since I get nothing out of it.

Crimson 1 challenges Monarch to a game of Guitar Hero and loses. I planned to do this in mercenary but I couldn't kill Crimson fast enough to fit the whole song in the video. So I settled with hard mode and it lines up just enough to play the whole song in entirety. Kinda weird the event story ends on the second run of this level, and it's strange the leave you on a cliffhanger and a to be continued. Third qnd final run to 100% leads you into a supposedly unrelated scene.

Headcanon: Monarch blasts danger zone on all frequencies when flying an F-14. Some cascadian pilots are inconvenienced, some have boosted morale, but the feds know they are fucked.
I recall once hearing that aircraft carriers are built to essentially be unsinkable (last guy to claim his ship was unsinkable lost it to a chunk of frozen water floating on the surface, learn your lessons, humanity), so I imagine this was a shock to the Eruseans.

Don't worry. I recorded some footage of the Raptor. I didn't get a great view though as the tents kinda blocked my line of sight nor does my camera lens have the same zoom like the professional photographers have.

I remember trying to do Machine of the Mantle on mercenary with 4 modifiers on. Using rockets on the 27 to take out Crimson. IDK how I did it, but it was amazing, and I knew this was a good plane.
Screw air-to-ground capabilities Time to use Sk.27 the way Pavel Sukhoi intended (close-range dogfighting with impractical spinning maneuvers)

Good, yes, very good, the flanker's limited munitions does throw me off sometimes but it's no big deal for the anti air missions
How did you get S rank I can’t get it
You have to go as fast as possible. Try to blast through the canyon in under 2 minutes then destroy every target you see once you reach the base. Once you destroy all the TGTs on the ground, you'll notice the planes (if you did not shoot them down already) will flee towards the map border. Go after them before the mission accomplished sign pops up. That should give you enough points to S rank.
