We can include the bad debts column if it is required. According to our question we're only interested in the collections we make from debtors for the two months November & December.
Remember bad debts are not recorded in the cash budget because they are a non-cash expense

Hello sir. I was given direct material cost and I worked out factory overhead. I don’t know if I’m doing it right but how do I work out direct labour and prime cost in such a situation?
Ntokozo, it's easier for me to explain when I'm looking at the question or show me the calculations you've done
For you to get Prime cost normally you add the direct material cost and direct labour. If direct labour is not given it can happen that the prime cost is given & you have to say PC-DMC = DLC, let me know if this answers your question.
