There's a Discord channel for Etherfields, Tainted Grail, and ISS Vanguard that has TTS saves for those games.

There are a handful on the Steam workshop for Tabletop Simulator. Some of them are older version though. I do wish there were more. I enjoyed playing these and would love to try out some of their other Unlock games.

I highly recommend playing the game on ScummVM. It seems to do a good job at fixing a lot of the game's bugs and glitches. Or at least I didn't notice that many in my playthrough. There were still a few, but not nearly as many.

Nostalgia. I grew up playing the original version, so it's the one I tend to favour. The remake is really good, though. I may go back and play through it once I've finished the series. I did the remake for qfg2 because I don't think I've played the remake version before, and because it has some very nice QoL changes.

There's a discord server where some people are putting together the mod. It's kind of been stalled for a while, so hopefully they'll get back to working on the next update soon.

That is an official rule. Originally it wasn't part of the two player variant, but then it was updated to include the double initiative cards. It was found that halving the number of player actions really unbalanced the game.
