I was just thinking about this game! I tried a playthrough almost a year ago, but several freezes made me give up. I often lament that this series could've kept going and going. Crime will never end, so they'd theoretically always have something to work with. A 1980s Miami setting would've been the best, even though we have Vice City vigilante missions. They could've even taken it international. Hong Kong could've brought several protagonists together, especially Nick, and maybe having him work with Marcus. In a better world than this one, maybe the first two games had less buggy environments and they kept making games under the True Crime title. Every city in America, even some rural areas, and international locations. I liked how the cities felt realistic as far as size, at the expense of having no aircraft and buggy worlds. Perhaps they could've continued the trend of no aircraft to differentiate from GTA, especially if it meant larger cities.
