I sympathize so much, I suffer vestibular and aura migraines often.. I always say, ruining my life since 1977.. I was 7 when I got my first one. I was at an outdoor Girl Scout event.. my vision went funny, my hand went numb, I told my mother what was happening, and she said, sounds like the same thing your dad gets.. 😢 I’m 54 now. And these migraines have prevented me from doing so many things.. I recently closed my small business because it’s embarrassing not being able to open when I need to.. and I’m tired of feeling bad about it. Now I’m trying to make a full time living on eBay.. I definitely can’t keep a job. I finally broke down and applied for disability.. and it feels like no one understands. Or ppl think I’m faking it. It’s what I call my singular personal hell. I’m so so sorry.. just do the best you can.. for me, it makes the good days mean so much.. maybe more than anyone else. Ppl take their health for granted. Hey everyone, I juste wanted to tell you all and especially everyone felling so down and starting to hate life don’t turn to drugs or any of that bad stuff. I’m Muslim and I was once really really really depressed because I had started turning and shifting away from god. Later on, about a year later Alhamdulillah I was finally able to get closer and closer to god and with just a bit of patience, Alhamdulillah my depression had gone away, and I’m finally able to appreciate every single thing in life even if it’s as small as dust. I’m just trying to tell you to look into Islam, because you’ve got nothing to lose and I guarantee you true happiness and comfort if you do become Muslim, it would either be in this life or if not, with a bit of patience you will find unimaginable happiness and comfort in paradise. I also want to add that if anyone would look into Islam be careful from your sources of information, it’s rare to find false information but some people are extremists as there are some in every community. May allah guide us all.

Greetings, my dear boy. As a mental health practitioner suffering myself from depression, let me tell you this. I m 38 now and I started therapy and medicine 3 years ago while covid was a huge thing. Up to that point, I had a major depressive period in my life when I had panic attacks and agoraphobia when I was 21 after my brother's death. My whole life I thought friends, sex, pleasing my parents and helping others while also enhancing my career, would bring me the joy and happiness I was always missing. When I wasn t overwhelmed from despair, I was full of rage and anger. And other times I got addicted to people, activities or substances. I am grateful for all of these bumps along the way, because everything was heplful at some point and if I hadn t gone through those experiences, I wouldn t be able to appreciate the resilience I actually had in spite of feeling broken all the time. I have embraced my darkness, the edgier sides, the more vulnerable and have accepted that it is ok not to be strong all the time and taking time off for some deep rest. Because this is what depression is really like. Your need to rest your body, mind and spirit from the rest of the world. Like the world can go on fine without you being in the picture, you can go on without the world for some time to find yourself and your inner strength. I wish to you the best of luck, a clear mind and get rid if those body symptoms. They are really annoying and inconvenient. You may need to try some medication to help you in the beginning and, eventually, you can find your footings on the way with or without it. You need also a good therapist for that journey. But, no matter what, do NOT give up. Just pause and recover.

From the criminal disorder ironically enough, just tells her she needs the criminal disorder... And I would say child of sociopath parent. But the disinhibited histrionic, which is just fancy way to say they feel they won't be enough because that is what their lack of trust in what society can raise in them tells them, that they aren't going to be enough whether they choose the criminally disordered path, or the emotionally connected disorder which some may perceive as playing too much, wasteful and overconfidently boastful. This is the mind of someone who grew upp in such that family dynamic, maybe a single sociopathic parent, although I wouldn't know of your exact culture in country or city, and there are many components to look to. Best as I can tell, all Aussies are extremely low-ranking sociopath, somewhat like my hometown, but whether that coping mechanism is for better or worse its obvs debatable. I would say she has a very successful career ahead of her in a mental health inpatient unit somewhere, even in a full young sociopath not involved in any addiction or gang-like activity true empathy and full range of emotions can be learned but you have to act deliberately, and you have to really address all things that bother you. Now, this is not full sociopath, probably just a traumatized person reliving childhood for a little while. Girl, don't have kids until you feel a better sense of independence. You might need a stronger resilience to addiction than others to control yourself, but I promise you it works. Most people with these disorders are logical, and highly based in good morale, and very good communicators and a few even are very sly but can literally lose conscience like their parent, and in case you were wondering that does say conscieNce.

I was in a bus accodent in 2010 when I was 26. Almost lost my left arm. My bicept is missing some muscle. Took 4 months of rehabilitation therapy, got 90% of the mobility and strength back. But I have some nerve damage which causes pain which I have to live with for the rest of my life. But I reflect back and think what life would have been like if I had lost my left arm. Every so often I take a moment and thank the universe that I did not loose my arm. Fyi.. there are heaps of alternative remedies out there that can help with your health issues. Cbd oil (from organic flower) helps me significantly and some low dose psilocybin mushrooms help with firing the synapses in the brain that help with a numerous amount of issues.
