If you have clients that make requests 24/7, and you're relying on employees handling, or even acknowledging those requests off hours, you have a far bigger problem than an employee refusing to do so. Your entire business model is flawed.

There is a lot of excuses in this video. You just gotta give it your best, kid. However, stick to it, and you'll be a mean machine one day. As myself, your problem has a lot to do with breath - dont blame the astma unless its severe, in which case kyokushin might not be for you - if its just minor astma, then you can train your lungs to perform better. Be mindfull off your feet, and the fact that you give away every attack you do when you tense up to kiai on every punch.
