Wise words: Especially, accuracy and transparency in the data. No business is without its black marks: better to own them, than to try to bury them. Bidders will build trust with you, and ultimately will be even more attracted to what you have built.
How to
You also have to take Into account what if they next generation doesn't want it? You open a pizzeria and it's sucessful your son wants to be an electrical engineer they have no desire to run a pizzeria
Yes that is a great point! You do not want the next generation to be peer pressured into the business if they have other aspirations.
I will support you and your ventures when the entire First Nation membership comes together and opens the financial books and become accountable to the citizens that are paying the majority of the bills ,,if a reserve has the money to buy a portion of a pipeline for billions and still looking for government funding then no money should be given to the reserve
Glooscap’s financials are available online. As well, their #1 goal is seeking financial sustainability without government support. They are already targeting to be 90% self funded today. He says this in the interview.

Connor is an amazing guy. It’s also super cool how he tries so hard to collaborate with many less-known artists, Mandy of which were from different countries.
Staying classy as f***
Excellent
Fantastic interview! Great to hear Robs perspective as a young guy trying to make tough decisions on direction, partnerships, acquisitions & family roles while managing to continue the next gen of my family biz. The quote "Do things you like doing & be in environments you like being in" is key for starting out I think.
You cant grow up in Gander Newfoundland and not be a fan of the Rolling Stones. Love what you're doing here Luke. How about you treat us to a father and son segment? I would love to hear each perspective on that dynamic. Cheers
This channel would be amazing I wish you would please do more indepth interviews of business families involved in manufacturing, trading, commodites, real estate who built up businesses from the ground up.
Amazing interview…i spent time in Kenya in 1975, a truly amazing people and country

Excellent analysis
The three key takeaways feel very relevant. Spending time on direct mentorship is difficult to prioritize, but I know how beneficial it can be. Understanding and leveraging what made your company unique is how to keep it above water. Change will come, adapt, overcome, and keep pushing forward.
"PromoSM" 👌
Excellent interview
I wish I was a that wise
Love that they retired their mom, I had a very similar experience with my mom, two shifts a day 7 days a week raising 7 children
I have never seen brothers bonding like they have which is insane
That's beautiful ❤
It really is!
