Spartan 2,3,4 will stands no chance.
Interesting, where is Dumbledore or Snape ,etc, etc, etc??? Why are none of the original 's characters in this ? This is why its not the best protray, because these original characters are SO VITAL !!! And not represented. :( not connecting at all.
There are other games such as hogwarts mystery) which copy the characters of the books. This game was never meant to be a copy of the books. It is set in the same world, but a different time (late 1800s) A game that follows a new person within Harry's time (or his parents/kids) wouldnt be interesting, as we already know what happens, so the game simply wouldn't do well. That's why they chose a different time, as this gives the oppertunity for us to explore a different version of the familiar world, and have a completely new timeline with new events, etc. Don't hate on a game bcs it's not what you wanted, when it never meant to be like that.
Space Marine Feats/ First Born Marine -Space marine reacts to fully automatic hypersonic bolter fire slicing the rounds apart. He pulled the haft-trigger, and his spear’s underslung bolter cracked off a stream of rounds on full-auto. Argel Tal saw it coming. The swords of red iron smashed the first three bolts aside, their power fields strong enough to detonate the shells as they streaked towards the primarch’s heart. The explosions threw the captain to the ground, his grey armour scraping along the stone with the shriek of offended ceramite. *The First Heretic: Fall to Chaos -Space wolf chapter dodging hypersonic bolter round The shot had almost parted his hair. Only his lightning quick reflexes, and the microsecond's warning provided by his superhuman senses had got him out of the way. If he had ducked half a heartbeat later, his head would have been an exploding fountain of gore and bone. * Space Wolf Omnibus Page/269 -Space Marine dodging Plasma Pistol fire from close range and side step. Barbelo was the last to advance into the chamber. He moved straight forwards, sighting a traitor in a heavy overcoat wielding a plasma pistol. The man fired. The sergeant dropped his shoulder to avoid the shot. The plasma round burnt through the air to melt the wall where his head had been an instant before. The man fired again. ‘In the name of-’ Barbelo, dodged left and fired, his round vaporizing the man’s head and shoulders before the traitor could finish his sentence. *Hammer & Bolter Issue 15 -Space Marine squad speed /No fatigue, Not exhausted, Zero damage body taken, normal running speed. Their boots pounded onto the stone as they sprinted, never once looking back. Genetically enhanced muscles bunched and moved within the fibrebundle cabling that augmented their strength, while three lungs and two hearts worked to capacity inside their heaving chests. Talos vaulted a pile of rocks, his boots crashing down on the other side and never missing a stride. His eye lenses flickered runic sigils between 85 and 87 kilometers per hour. We have to get out of here before he can close the distance.’ We have to get out of here before he can close the distance.’ As she spoke, Algol raised his arm, the graceless bulk of a bolter clenched in his fist. Without pause or hesitation, the Space Marine fired. From the other side of the tractor, Deacon screamed and fell, his chest ripped to splinters by the bolter’s explosive shell. The slaves hiding in the cargo bed rose and tried to run. As each tried to leap clear, he was picked off in mid-air by a shot from Algol’s bolter, their mangled bodies flying across the tunnel. Spartan just stand No chance.

Very fun watch.
Anyone that is actually played fallout probably isn't watching this like myself, it's good to get More people interested but f o n v is way different than fallout 4 understand that going in and is buggy as hell unless you mod the shit out of it
I don't have the time to watch so i will give my opinion Space marines has The Endurance The Stamina The Weapons The Experience Spartans 2 take on The Speed The Agility The Equipment The Adaptability Both are Close in Strength Durability Reaction time Accuracy The Space marine takes the win more because of the weapons, but he would have trouble taking Spartans. If weapons & Equipment are equalised then i will give it to Spartans 2.
You're wrong this not accurate. Space marine are know to dodge and deflect Hypersonic round. And know to run 80-90kph for extended period of time.
@Rorschach0474 you have evidence that it was hypersonic round & not supersonic??? Second spartans can also do it but they don't need to because they have energy shields. For your Second point that goes to stamina not speed since we have spartan 3 Tom outrunning a warthog(79 mph), spartan 2 Linda catching a ghost(82 mph), Spartan 4 fireteam Osiris moving at 70+ mph speeds at halo 5 start.
@@moonamir9708 Hypersonic Bolter Their ornate armour seemed to blaze with light as they marched in step into the room, blasting orks off their feet with shots from their bolt pistols. It's impossible that spartan 3 using SP1 armor who doesn't have a lot of enhancement and in fact inferior to the Mjolnir. and now is surpassing Spartan2 with mark5 and chief in it. This are the canon Feat speed feat of spartan. The Fall of Reach-Kelly's speed out of the armor is 34MPH/54kph. In ghost of onyx /chapter 19 - Kelly with her gen-1 armor speed is 38MPH/61kph Kelly’s Waypoint article - In her GEN2- armor she reached speed of 40MPH or the equivalent of 65KPH. This are official and not fandom calculations, and assumptions . this is legit and canon lore. Book Fall Of Reach-Master Chief ran 105 Kph tore his tendon in just 17.Seconds, The mark 5 armor can take it but Chiefs Body cannot sustain those speeds.
@Rorschach0474 1, I was talking about the bolt itself in the novel if it's canon, bolts are literally called supersonic or below hypersonic more then hypersonic Only like once or twice did they called hypersonic in like hundreds of books. 2- it's canon, in legacy of Onyx s3 Tom was wearing gen 2 armor and he outspeed the warthog for sometime. Also feats > canon. There are like 5 feats where they showed 70+ mph speeds.
@@moonamir9708 No the standard round for bolter are Hypersonic round. I cannot even change that because that's what has been canon lore. And don't be mistaken by the standard hypersonic round they also have Subsonic bolter round. In that particular book there we're no Number given About fast was the warthog was going. or anything that can be calculated. except fans go straight to halopedia and see the top speed of warthog. Its impossible that Spartan 3 can surpass spartan 2. Spartan 2 kelly GEN2, 40mph/65KPH And now spartan3 80mph/128kph And master chief body breaks down after 65mph/105kph for only 17seconds. Just think of it.
I must admit, I sorta tuned out when you kept reversing the images with the subject. Showing Mjolnir armor when talking about Warhammer, then showing Warhammer when you're talking about the Spartans... that's a conversation to have with your editor my dude.
Space marines win by a landslide not even a joke.
Spartans weren't designed to fight a enemy on their level while a Space marines whole stick is being as durable as possible so he can kill monsters and demons im a halo fan but it's not looking good for a spartan in 1v1
Which is better Complete Saga (2007) or Skywalker Saga (2022)
is it possible that the cut sscenes are slightly different for every platform? i dont remember othere cutscenes here
Honestly as a man who has played Halo for the better part of 20 years, have Halo tattoos and will die on the hill of halo being objectively a great overall gaming experience...space marines win, they're bigger, have centuries more experience and there isn't just one proper soldier of their type left
28:49 he insists upon it.....INSISTS
I think we're discarding a lot here - namely the fact that there are about 20,000 years of difference in tech. That is an unfathomable difference in the first place (I am accounting for Old Night in this). Even if you might suggest their tech is flagging in the Imperium, they're still the Angels of Death for the biggest empire the galaxy has ever seen. You mention that Spartans can take a hit from a Scorpion, which is all well and good, but can they take 5 in a row? 10? how about 100? The Boltor is launching rockets at them. I'll raise you one even better - what does the UNSC have that is better than Spartans at small unit tactics? Not a damn thing. Astartes aren't even the best the Imperium has. I'll put one Custodes to a squad of Spartans and my money is on the golden boy in every engagement.
First of all just because the time period is longer doesn't mean anything when comparing two completely different universes that use much different tech. Second of all bolt rounds are 19mm straightwalled cartridges with maybe a few grams of explosive mass each which aside from being pitiful detract from their already poor performance against armor simply through geometry. The scorpion fires 90mm as in the projectile though it's likely a sub caliber apfsds is 90mm with necked down casings chock full of precisely lit propellant meaning a very well managed expansion of gases firing that tungsten apfsds which is specifically designed to penetrate armor and nothing else and having all its energy absorbed by the armor means bolts aren't doing anything. Finally that last point makes no sense
@@casematecardinal 1: much different tech, and millennia to improve upon it. The armor patterns for astartes have been worked on forever. The biological changes for them are greater in every aspect. The concept for Spartans was inspired by WH40K with vastly scaled down capability. 2: I’ll give you that the scorpion shell is bigger, absolutely. By its very nature the armor pen is going to be better. That said, what weapon sans the spartan laser does the spartan have regular access to use? If we’re going to expand out to what vehicles they can use this expands into exterminatus weaponry. What small arms does a spartan have that will penetrate ceramite? 3: what do you mean it doesn’t make sense? I said custodes are better, period. There isn’t a contest when you compare the best to the best.
@@TheZen0n biological arguments don't make sense because space marines are based on normal humans not to mention they are augmented in ways that bypass biological norms as the spartans also do. Further what could have taken 15,000 years to be perfected in warhammer could be perfected in a decade in halo or vice-versa so the argument is moot. Furthermore it depends on how you speak to armor. Other than the spartan laser, there is the spnkr rockets launcher, hydra micro missile launcher, rail gun, grenade pistol, emp grenade launcher, the sniper rifle and even the assault rifle, Battle rifle and magnum that feature ap ammo. All of which are good enough to drop a space marine and thats just in the mainline games ignoring the cannon but more obscure weapons of the unsc and oni.
@@casematecardinal They are both based in humans, but to suggest that the bio-engineering of space marines is comparable to spartans is disingenuous - And to suppose that they could perfect it in a decade is just that - a supposition. What is and what might be are a different thing. The comparison is based on what exists now - if we're going to suppose, then we could suppose that in a century humanity realizes the goal of the emperor and become psykers wholesale; in that case, the fight is over with the spartans before it starts. The tech differences and capabilities between the UNSC and the Imperium are glaring. There are incidents of Space Marines tanking rounds greater than anything you've listed here; just as a spartan can soak a scorpion round, an Astartes will soak a hydra - without a shield. I was a fan of spartans and the Halo setting decades before I was interested in 40k - but the lore is pretty plain; I genuinely don't believe spartans would have a chance. I don't agree with another comment here that suggests Spartans would get dropped by Imperial Guard - that seems a reach by and large. The biggest advantage the Spartans will have on Astartes is tactics - and that will depend on the chapter.
That's Overkill. Just send one veteran astartes and the Spartans are cooked.
I would think the shields on the spartan armor would cause bolter rounds to prematurely detonate and chainswords would just slide off the things. The books describe spartan shields as slick, capable of causing a spartan from sliding out of a chair if not careful sitting down. Nothing to grab on to makes the chainsword useless. On the outher hand the simple mass of a space marine punching, kicking or tackling a spartan very well could break armor or bone, perhaps even make the gell layer in his armor to lockup temporarily. But that all that mass can be a bad thing, spartans in the books can straight up jump 20 feet vertically in the air in full armor making them capable of vaulting clear over a space marine, potentially getting to a vulnerable point on the marine's back were he can potentially damage his armors reactor rendering his combat capacity close to useless. It's a close fight, it depends if the marine can kill the spartan fast enough to prevent the spartan from disabling the marines armor. From the spartan's point of view he's fighting a heavily armored, slightly oversized brute chieftain. From the space marine's point of view hes fighting a techno barbarian, which he wasn't designed to do. That was the job of the thunder warriors. I would say it depends, but the spartan has a slight speed and jump advantage. Plus the shield is nothing to overlook.
Spartans also maintain a strenght advantage so in melee combat a spartan does more damage to armor
Astartes are fast af their responsive speed in combat is crazy, a Space marines from the Night Lords chapters was mentioned to run while jumping across buildings in speeds a human will struggle to see, so jumping 20ft isn't really a feats against Astartes they're more capable than that. Not all the Astartes use chainswords, some do carry energy based melee weapons like power sword, axe, gauntlets, claws and thunder hummer in which they can't be parried or blocked by most of the energy shield/force fields due to their energy disrupting matter in submolecular level, easily punching through, slicing or smashing anything in their sight regardless the level of defence or durability far effective enough that they can actually hurt a Primarchs or Greater daemons of the chaos gods, so Spartans aren't that lucky.4
@@husseinA. Ur forgetting spartans have access to gravity hammers and energy swords too, warhammer lore is inconsistent and the average space marine is slower than the average spartan 2

Didn't watch. 1 Astra Militarum Guardsman = 1 Spartan unless its chief, then youd need the whole squad. You don't need an Astartes. Guardsman, not even shock troops, just ordinary planetary forces even, outclass spartans even without shields. Their most common weapons are enough. No chance of a scratch if any one of them has plasma weapons. Sorry, I really love Halo and Chief but even a human sgt in wh40k is enough to put Chief out for good.
wtf are you on about dude? A normal guardsman is on the same level as a spartan? You are either high or a masterful troll.
Bad take alert. A spartan can easily bench an adult sperm whale. They can flip mbts easily and their armor is proof ie can take as many rounds as you can throw at it of 30mm which blows even the silly "las rifles are more powerful than 50 cal" which is a bs claim out of the water. Guardsmen could and would do nothing against a spartan

@Rorschach0474 ok and? Spartans in this context refered to the Spartan warriors. Spartan warriors were not Romans.
@DaRollinThunder I Know, What I'm saying is that, The Roman's Beats The Greeks. And Sparta is in Greece and the Roman's also had beating Greece that's what I mean.
The whole space Marines have hundreds or thousands of years of military experience is disingenuous at best. Most of their time is spent in transit from one battle to another. Years could be spent just trying to get to the front lines. So no, they aren't spending all that time constantly fighting. And your average space marine doesn't even last 50 years before they die. That's canonical. More over. Space Marines employ entirely different tactics than Spartans. Half the time they charge forward with seemingly no care in the world. They are vastly and often supremely overconfident in their abilities. They are fanatics and fanatics make for poor soldiers. I believe this would lead the space marine into making a few crucial mistakes and underestimating the Spartans. Not to mention space Marines are inherently specialists. And anyone who argues this would blatantly be ignoring the lore. We see it all the time. Most Space Marines fall into one role and stick with it. As dictated by the codex astartes. Spartans are generalists. They are trained from a young age to be proficient and experts in every theater of war. They know how every piece of their equipment works and how to get the most of it. In 40k only the tech priests really know how any of their technology works. Hence why they do the repairs and not the space Marines. In my humble view that is a critical flaw. And I think the biggest factor that plays into this vs is their mindsets. Space Marines are zealous and strive for honor in battle. That is a weakness that can be thoroughly exploited. And keep in mind. Spartans are used to being on the back foot. They have spent their entire lives with the odds stacked against them. They have always been the underdogs in their respective universe. It's no different here. They will see this battle for what it is. A battle of life and death and failure is not an option to them. To a space marine. This would likely just be another battle of many. And they will likely let down their guard. We see it happen all the time in the lore. Even in the new space marine 2 game. When Titus' deathwatch team is picked off one by one. If a lictor can surprise a space marine a spartan with active camo can surprise a space marine with a well placed plasma grenade to his back or helmet. And we all know how well plasma works against ceramite. I think the space Marines are given too much credit. We don't often see them employ guerilla tactics or ambushes outside the few that specialize in that particular field. More often than not they charge forward screaming for the emperor. Which in all fairness is pretty damn epic and satisfying. But that doesn't mean it's tactically sound. And just one more gripe. Who cares that they can eat somebody's brain and get their memories or spit acid from their mouth? We never see it. Not that either are particularly effective in a combat situation. Spartans tend to detonate their armor on death in a nuclear explosion which would kill the space marine anyway so at best it's a draw and renders that ability useless. And I doubt their acid is particularly strong or strong enough to make a difference unless it comes into contact with bare flesh. Also there is no chance a brightly colored space marine is going to sneak up on a spartan. They're far too heavy to be quiet enough and far too large to make practical use of color. And do I need to mention the motion tracker? And lastly I will heartily admit my bias towards Halo. It is my favorite setting before 343/Halo studies ruined it.
Bro Cortana isn't going to sleep with you dude....

I think you have the first video that actually mentions the fact that Spartans have massive speed augmentations. Space Marines do as well but not to the same degree. Biggest disadvantage that the Spartan will have is UNSC weaponry isn't designed to deal with heavily armored infantry.

Depends on the weapon and what you mean by heavily armored infantry
@@ElZilcho247actually Spartans have 4 feats of running over 75mph.
I like both universes but there’s at least 40k years of tech between halo’s tech and the imperium even after the age of strife, the tech gap alone is huge
tactically 10K, the other 30K is lost by forgetting the dark age tech and other being tainted by Chaos.
Thats not a sound argument. They dont have the same technological tree nor are they directly comparable in that regard plus the fact that the halo verse has a much more liberal use of what would be forbidden zeno tech that is supremely advanced.
I think people vastly over estimate ordinary Space Marines. In the Horus Heresy books we see rank and file space marines get slaughtered by seemingly insignificant means. For example during the seige of 63-19 when a number of them are one shot by light based weapons. Entire companies of them are cut down by the megarachnids on Planet Murder, and in the first contact with the intersect alliance they're taken out by essentially modified crossbows. The mjolnir armor/shields can likely stand a few hits from a bolter rifle, as its seen holding up against forrunner weapons, a species on par with the Necrons technologywise. Likewise the mjolnir armor regularly shrugs hits from Plasma, something that would wreck the Astartes armor.
Didn’t even watch I’m sure it’s great but an unnamed battle brother would clap even the Master Chiefs cheeks and that is coming from a huge MC fan.
Same - I love Halo but the comparison is wild.
Well I don't know it would depend on the load out not to mention cheif is a beast not mention heis a named character a closer comparison titus or even Uriel Ventris maybe
@@BrotherValtus-yeeter_of_stone what? No just no. We’re not adding plot armor to this comparison. Two bolts one to drop his shield the next to blow his front out his back.
something a lot of people forget when comparing a spartan to a space marine is that stealth would be worthless for the spartan. because a space marines helmet basically lets them see a full 360 degrees around them and that when they look like they are blindly shooting the helmet is actually allowing them to hit insanely precise shots with there guns at low ready. secondly people forget how underpowered halo weapons are compared to WH40k and how a rocket from halo would do practically nothing to the space marine let alone the monster inside of that armor that said great video man i really enjoyed the watch
something you seem to forget is that the Spartans have that same reflex. But without their helmet, with their helmet they have 360 sensors to give them the same edge. As well as the combined AI with the spartans would have that even more tactical advantage. If you listen to the video it also says spartan armor can take a scorpion tank shot. which means those little bolt pistols wouldnt do too much. Now a spartan laser would put a hole straight through a 40K suit. Not to mention the Spartans would be insanely faster.
Konrad Curze vs master chief. Not even a fight. Sorry master is doomed. I love both universes but space marines destroy Spartans. Space marines may look tanky but their armor makes them ridiculously fast.
@@grantpalmer587 SM armor can't even resist poorly hardened stalactites or even indigenous long thatch, and I don't think that's very strong armor .
@@orionakd so being shot by a predator tank and then throwing the tank out of annoyance for leaving a scorch mark on the armor isn’t very strong? That’s odd
@@grantpalmer587 Okay, actually, I'm spitballing. There's a lot of things in the 40K story that can be very inconsistent at times. Material mechanics, for example. SM armor of the same material can be invulnerable under certain conditions. And at the same time, in some cases, they can be impaled by native spears, and the victims are even Grey Knights. Use the “plot” itself to increase or decrease protection. Why don't we just say that SM armor protects against light weapons?
If we're going to have a Spartans analog in 40K. I think it would be a combination of an immature Eldar warrior in a Tau power suit with a Flare Shield. Spartans are lighter in weight and slimmer in body, and have the strength of Space Marines, which gives them good acceleration and response. However, the durability, staying power and experience of the Space Marines should win out.
wtf no they absolutely do not have the strength of a SM.

@@Me-ur5fg You can find in many novels and settings that the Spartan wields tons or even hundreds of tons of force, even lifting tanks, as acknowledged by the creators. However, my focus is on the difference in the mass of the body that Spartan and SM face when they move their bodies.

Pretty cool what you have done video wise. I just purchased this game on Steam (on sale) and played first part of the game till I got to the Vault 12 scenes.
