I believe you may have confused the population with St. Croix, Wisconsin instead of the island (coincidentally, I had never even heard about that town until I reviewed this video and realize there’s definitely something wrong with those population demographics you listed)

That is the demographics for St Croix County WISCONSIN! 2020 US Census Bureau has over 67,000 identified as blacks and only 11,584 whites. Check and correct your facts. I am a native Virgin Islander.
