i don't have an iPhone 15, but i have seen the performance of both phones. it's really hard to tell, it's depends on preferences. The display both have the same quality except the refresh rate s23 support 120Hz, iPhone 15 only 60Hz. cameras both provide high-quality, but i found the photos on iPhone 15 more contrasty compared to the s23 . Video stabilization is slightly better on iPhone. for me, i prefer the camera performance on the iPhone 15. and the battery life on iPhone 15 is slightly longer than s23. in general, both phones are excellent. But check the OS systems. If you are okay with iOS, i think the iPhone does a better job in some areas. But if you have never used iOS before, i think it's better to check the differences between iOS and android. So you can choose what's the best for you

both are high-end devices. s23+ is regular phone size. s23 ultra is a big phone and has some more features. Both phones are great! but for video relay service if you are using some specific apps or you want to use some apps! i think you have to make sure if those apps are working on android or not. I tried to download some apps on my phone, and some of them requires an old android version! And some others are not available in my country. I don't have enough knowledge about that service! But I think it's better to do some research on whether an iPhone or android is better for that service!
