I noticed that as long as you know where the four corners of the map are, you can find your way to just about any part of the map. If you jump on a mushroom just right you'll go straight up and down instead of flying off into the distance. Looking for the light house it represents the front of the map, like a southern land mark. You'll always know that two of the corners are to the left and right of that light house. From there you can turn around and connect those corners at a right angle to the top of the map. The top of the map always has a wall of trees with a secondary wall to the left. The left most part of the map is the most confusing part of the map. It has lots of Easy circles to get lost in. The edge map water fall is a great way to know you are near the top left corner of the map. It faces diagonally towards the dock shop. Going away from the spectral skeleton will always lead to a bridge. Both bridges connect to the same land segment. Walking in a straight line will always lead you to the ladder. Going down the lader will lead you to the light house. Following the coast line away from the light house will always lead you to the dock shop. To find spawn head towards the light house. Most of the time you'll end up finding spawn, but if you don't look for the the T dock. Go towards the bate shop next to the T dock. Go left of the shop, away from the path. I always end up at spawn like that.

i like the games cute style but more adult feel. theres nothing too wild, but yk what i mean (beer, gambling, “freaky” title lol, etc) i like playing a game with older teens and adults as a 19 year old. i enjoy roblox but always playing with kids gets old. people are quick to villainize cute looking games with older themes and i hope that doesnt happen with this game because thats what i love about it, as well as the inclusivity and chill community !!!

It's an awesome game, but the people are right about all the wokeness in the game. Wokeness is a toxic and hate filled disease, and doesn't need to be in a game that is supposed to be about calm and chill vibes. The game still has enough good in it to out weigh the bad, and is still absolutely worth playing though. I just leave and go to another lobby when people start all the toxic identity politics and woke BS. Plus now those type of people usually name their lobby with a weird title which now make them easier to avoid. The woke shirts and stuff actually end up being helpful because it is an easy way to identify the people that are red flags in each lobby and who to stay away from. Of course in a perfect world it would be preferable if identity politics and woke BS were left out of games, but at least in Webfishing it is fairly easy to avoid. It's a pretty awesome game overall.

I know you said to play solo if you don't want to play in random lobbies but I highly highly encourage jumping into a public lobby. I too was skeptical of joining others but talking with random people and exploring the different lobbies while fishing has been the greatest part of the game. I got bored pretty quickly alone and I'm usually a solo player for every game. Not to say the game is boring because it's great, but the game is designed to be slow to give you time to interact with people. If you're hesitant, look for a friendly looking lobby title and just say hi. You'll be welcomed and someone will likely start some kind of conversation. Soon you'll get comfortable and start conversations yourself. I've had goofy, chill, random, and psychotic conversations with so many people using in game chat and I've had a genuinely good time connecting with people while grinding thousands of moneys effortlessly because I was so engaged in the conversations. Discord is absolutely NOT needed. The only negative review I agree with is that this is NOT for kids but not for the reasons listed. There's a mod that let's you paste images into the game and they are often used for explicit images, like straight up gooner stuff, even in non 18+ lobbies and people can say some pretty adult things. Definitely stay away if you're under 18 or stick to private lobbies with friends.

There is actually alternate keybind that you can press alongside LMB to break through the barriers. By default its "\" and it can help you if youre struggling breaking through. (Also, erm,, rod upgrades?!)

People complaining about button mashing are going to be SO MAD when they discover clicker games..

its definitely more story than game, but thats what I like about it. Im more of a story guy than a game guy, so dredge was perfect for me

I can agree to the criticisms about the marxist identity politics being forced in which I think is pretty weird but eh those are the same people that will eventually ''vanish'' anyways as they never procreate any of their own (thank christ) so it doesn't matter. Still weird that people aren't able to live in reality but oh well. I guess it makes sense that the developer was a furry as well.

Population Growing has the original charm of the series. New Horizons is a shallow husk. Though it is the prettiest looking. All the special Nintendo items and clothing are gone. The personalities are bland and blend together. New Leaf was special though. The ost and overall charm was closest to the original imo.

Very nice video. It's pleasant that you go in depth on your experience on the games you review. Your voice is gentle, easy to listen to. But do you know what goes great with fishing, watching the bears game while fishing is really enjoyable. Go bears. If you by chance happen to miss the game, the bears highlights compensates for anything missed. Not really into fishing sims but I would like to try this one out. Thank you Just Vi. Thank you. <3

Fantastic narration and great explanation Vi! I have had this on my wishlist for awhile since I love lovecraftian themes, but I was never sure id enjoy a fishing game around it.

Yeah streaming this game doesn't let you settle in to the atmosphere. It's one of my favorite little games, especially with the DLC included. Also there's a lighthouse for navigation you can see from anywhere if you look around.
