I had a 5 star rating for the first 48 ratings. Someone gave me a 4 star at 49. But I also have a lot of complements in the app. My goal is to shop the order quickly and drop off at their house like a ghost. Their stuff appears and they didn't even hear me walk up. That's how you get a smooth delivery complement. However, if I have to make a substitution, and there isn't an obvious equivalent, I will ask the customer if they would like another brand or flavor and take a picture of available products. This gets me a lot of good feedback and sometimes extra tips. Many people say thanks for reaching out.

I have these same experiences. I don’t like having pcos at all. Been diagnosed since I was 18 and I’m not about to be 26 in a few weeks. And I had 2 miscarriages in the last 4 years.

I have NEVER got a batch higher than 45 dollars. 0 cancelations ... ZERO ... and a 4.95 rating ((ALL five stars, 1 - 4 star, 1 - 3 star...)) And pppps i KNOW who gave me the 3 star. This cheap female dog that left ZERO tips and had 4 items ...1 was out of stock. I should have NEVER taken that order. I LOATHE cheap sob's

show ratings absolutely do affect the batches that you see ever since I hit diamond if I’m sitting in a parking lot I always get that big batch first but I will say this, whether your high rated or low ratings if you’re the only one out there and a bad shows that they’re going to give you that high-paying badge I dropped and so I just drove 10 hours and then every time I finish your badge it was the same thing

I just started and I've noticed if I hit produce first it takes longer to shop. It seems like everyone in town has to get produce too. No matter what store I'm in it's always so crowded that produce takes me half hour to an hour. So I think I'm going to start doing produce items second to last. Right before frozen if I can sometimes when I'm leaving the store the section is empty

diamond seems worse than gold lol but platinum is horrible but i saw more batches on gold then i do as diamond iv done 2200 orders and 1200 batches make about 1000$ a week working full time 30-35 hours a week if you put in the time its a good job horrible side gig tho great full time job

Girl I’ve notice most of the ratings is based on the customer being bias and it’s always the low tippers nasty and grumpy certain persons

In bad areas some customers with ding you for no reason. If you shop for customers in better areas like the suburbs they will rate you much more fairly.

I listen to the advice in this video, and I’m at Gold star status in two weeks. The advice about choosing a Store closer to you rather than going to the one further out was a game changer. I did not know until this video that I could go to a different store than what the app suggests

There is a grocery store I normally shop at that is on construction, in Madison, WI. So they keep moving things around. I just today went, in for myself and found the cookies someone was wanting yesterday. I actually did ask the customer services desk and the lady didn't seem that excited to show me where they could be nor did she even know. I followed her to the cookie isle and she kept walking and ventured off to the dairy area. I refunded the person 3 cookies. I always feel bad to refund. I dont replace cookies. I did it once and the customer didn't like the options.
