Stop smearing dhit on your face!

Thanks for your great videos. Just ordered the new Zephyr kit and looking forward to using it. My biggest problem is leaving sanding lines. A video on technique would be great. You didn't seem to have any issues when polishing the wind burn on the semi. Maybe I go too slow? Wrong angle or direction? Pressure? Any advice appreciated!

Thanks for the very helpful videos. I love that you simplified the process - 2 grits of sandpaper and two buff wheels. Learned a lot watching your technique too. You made it look easy. I have trouble getting the sanding hairlines out but I think the red quick cut wheel takes care of those? I'm polishing cold rolled plasma cut art pieces and hoping for mirror finishes. Checked out Zephyr products and looked at Renegade (good?). I couldn't find the "quick cut" wheel you mentioned but I think it's the "heavy cut red wheel? I also use a 4" fine wool disc which works pretty good for polishing and use the edge with black compound (from Harbour Freight?) for slightly deeper scratch removal . My budget pad (Harbour Fright) is pretty pathetic compared to Zephyr's or anyone else's for that matter. I'll be searching thru your vids for a real mirror finish result.

hey Jared. Ive been polishing for a little while now (i was working for a shop and they had me polishing) recently got laid off and am looking to get into this full time on my own. I know zypher makes some of the best products but im on a budget. do you know if the amazon wheels are worth or should i just save up and stick with zypher?

Where can I find a beginner to polish? Do they polish as easy as aluminium? Do I tie them down or will they not run away when I polish their face?

That is NOT a tri-axle truck... The "helper axle" isn't counted when specifying the number of drive axles on a truck / tractor, IE: tandem or tri-drive. This truck is a tandem. 👍🏻

When do you recommend to change your wheels?

I wouldn’t want to be the operator loading into this truck, I’d be to nervous to scratch it😂

What size grinder for these I got a dewalt 4 1/2

Can you help or guide me to the corner work detail? I can get my body to a very nice acceptable level but my tail gate is just not there yet. Do you have a suggestions or tools to get the corners close to matching or blending a bit better with the panel? I can get the machine on the panel but the crevices are terrible.

Have you thought about Polishing other metals? There's a customer base out there. For example, statue cleaning and renovation. There's no company's in the albany area who have a mobile Polishing company.
