Save your money and buy from a better company, you will be glad you did. It was the worst online purchase I ever made and sorry but customer support is useless. Damage parts sent out and no reposibility on there part.

This guy should run for world leader! The instructions that came with the bike was useless. I guess the instructions were for people that know how to put bike together together.

Started assembling today. The trike came well boxed and all the parts were padded and secured. The fit and finish is perfect so far. I'm 78 years old a disabled veteran. Got the derailleur, rear tires, and the rear and main frame assembled in around 40 minutes. My advice is to follow the written instructions abd use the video as a backup. The assembly is common sense once you get the main frame and rear frame finished. Just take your time. I plan on an hour or two a day starting tomorrow. With any luck I can wrap it up in another day. Just a lot of busy work once you get the frames and tires done.

my trike didnt come with nuts for rear axil, can anyone tell me what size i need ?

For the love of god update your instructions. Parts are not the same depicted in either the video or manual. Instructions are obviously out of date. Just do better.

Sept 2024, different design and parts! No update to the video and instructions were not detailed. Had to takepix.of the photos and enlarge them on phone so i.could see the darn screw or whatever they were talking about.

This video is as unhelpful as the manual, which doesn't even accurately depict the parts in the drawings. I'm regretting buying from Viribus.

My trike is new. I rode it without power assist a few times to get the feel of it. I then wanted to use power, but the battery was dead.. I plugged it in overnight, but it will not take a charge. What should I do?????

Chain came wrapped around the main frame. And the rear frame just keeps popping off when I try to tighten the short chain. Never seen more useless instructions in video or paper form. There are pieces that don't have labels. What's going on viribus?

I was considering purchasing this tricycle however I am not going to put it together myself. There is just no way I can do this. My heart just sank at this and the comments. Wow. Why in the world would anyone purchase something at this price and then assimble it. Wow. How disappointing.

Got my box of bike bits today and spent 10 miserable hours trying to put it together. My back is in incredible pain now. I've given up and I'm taking it to a bike repair shop, which I hasten to add is over an hours drive away...Frustrated and annoyed... Your videos are way too fast, so much so I had to change the speed to watch and still no luck...So over it

Why in gods name would they wrap the chain around the frame. What is going on in that mindless factory

They are installing chains on the main frame incorrectly in the factory making you take the chain apart to untangle. Terrible quality

The amount of time spent on the step to attach the chain is unforgivable. How the hell are we supposed to see that?

I completely agree and the booklet is even worse. Dear manufacturer. We are not engineers, so we need kindergarten instructions and accurate pictures and video. I have never put a chain on bicycle. Please!! This is ridiculous. Your video is like 10 minutes and it taking hours. That would tell you how bad your instructions are.

These directions are rubbish. I’m about ready to put all the parts back in the box and send it back for a refund. I can’t do this. Installing the Derailleur cable and the brakes are my tipping points.

Worthless video, especially for a novice. Too many assumptions made about what a buyer knows about assembling a bike. And the print instructions are useless too.

Worst instructional video I have ever seen!!! This bike is the worst to put together. It would not be so bad if the instructions were clear and not in speed mode. If you really want to seel more bikes maybe make a better how to video. Amazon is going to get a 1 start review on this one. Also the frame where it slides the front and back was bent on one side. Ridiculous!
