How did you manage to drag a big fish safely with locked reel, especially with a line more than its rod? Im kinda confused with russian fishing rule of thumb, i tried to find a pefect combination to safely locking reel on spinning reel but never succeed
the leader is 6kg weaker than the rod
'm no expert on the subject but I recommend using the leader or line weaker than the equipment at least with this margin of difference
Furthermore, the hook I used only supports 106kg
Got any good reels i could use half of mine are broke are to small for the places im going
