Hi

One of my grandson's motor battles cars quit moving. The wheels respond to direction change but not to forward or reverse. Batteries are good. Any ideas on what is wrong and how to fix it? The other car works well but they did change which controller they respond to. The white car responds to the black controller and the black to the white.

Im a teen and i would love to play with rc cars, can i still do that or am i too old?

My first R/C car was a New Bright Ram of some sort. I remember it was such a big truck, and it had working lights and everything. By far the coolest truck i ever owned, and really rugged overall. Nowadays you see crap like this and wonder "how did it change so much?"

They broke all the time in the 90s too. Mine did Christmas morning 1998. Just bought a 1:20 Gladiator 25% off out of curiosity. But its cheap junk

I have a low nissan new bright toy

I only purchased the dune runner selling 100.00 reduced to 50.00 and it’s ok for the first drive. Every drive after the first battery dies so fast. Day 3 and it just crawls on a new charge. Even half price is a rip off.buy extra batteries online 😮

I still have some of the other sets and vehicles from my childhood. I remember the brand as power team elite world peacekeepers, did they rebrand the name?

I dont recommend upgrading this rc. If you start to replace one plastic part, you will need to replace all plastic parts. With metal rods, you will need a stronger servo. After all the headache and broken parts and all the replacements, you would have been better off starting out with an inexpensive hobby grade model and upgrading from there.

If you want high performance pay higher dollar..

Yeah I think that new bright needs to work on ther quality control i geared on that one. I am big fan of the older new bright because they made a lot of cool stuff like trains caution vehicles and fire truck but 😪though they don't make them like they uses to be.

That is why you turn it into a real rc. I would buy just for the bodies. 😂😂😂

What do you expect its a toy not real hobby grade

So, I just created a video about the New Bright Remote Control Ford Bronco. One of the first things I noticed when testing it was the wobble with the wheels. It does feel like there could have been improvements that would make the Bronco last longer. A perfect example is the battery. It's not meant to be replaceable, which basically means the toy is not really built to last. Batteries degrade, so what am I supposed to do with the Bronco when the battery dies? Yet, it was $35. I've driven it over pavement, gravel, rocks, grass, and dirt. It's been amazing… so much fun! I was concerned that one of the plastic pieces would just snap, but it survived a lot of bouncing around the yard.

What's the brand name of this truck? I searched the Tractor Supply Co. website but couldn't find it.

Buddy, I just bought a New Bright R/C Cadillac Forza Motorsport car and it doesn’t have loose front wheels. Not to be rude, but you’re checking the trucks with suspension. The actual New Bright cars don’t have loose wheels cause they are low to the ground.
