How did you know it is stock motor? It is 800 Nm of torque, not ft lbs 4:14

Eyo is it reliable for stock engine 469hp? I am running 370hp on stock engine golf gti 6 (stage 3) and I think its almost at the end of being reliable. Its my dailycar.
It’s the torque that kills engines. Mk6 gti is a different engine ea888 first gen of what the mk7 and mk8 have. The mk6 r has the tfsi ea113 which is the mk5 engine but with upgraded internals due to the bigger turbo. They went from the ko3 mk5 & mk6 gti to the ko4 turbo in the mk6 r. Depending on what turbo you have for stage 3 I’m guessing you’re close to or above 400 tq somewhere between 3500 and 4300 rpm. Between that rpm range I’d ease into the power instead of flooring it to ground. You should be good, but it also depends on how often and how much you do spirited driving on your daily.

These are all still bench tunes. There are no OBD tunes yet. There may never be an OBD solution, although BMW has one now with FEMTO.
