Vintage OS MAX 10 powering a HERR Piper Cherokee
1960's OS MAX 10 mounted on a HERR Cherokee kit. Still needs to brake in. 7x4 prop and 10% nitro 23% all castor fuel.

Maiden flight of my Duster. Unfortunately I panicked and told my son to stop recording. Sorry :( I did manage to land it safely. I'll do a full flight video next time out.
That looks like it flies like garbage. Was the CG off or what? Did you get it worked out or did you bury it after the vid was cut?
Wow, i had a engine like that. I gave it away in the early 90's. I am stupid. LOL

I remember the Feb 1987 issue of R/C Modeler magazine. It had the Simple Duster plans in it and (May 1987) had the Soho paddle boat. It was the first issue I bought as a kid and these two are my favorite issues, even to this day. I never built either model so thanks for posting.
