Very nice. Why did you make it a tail wheel? Are you going to go with the Avidyne 540? Any reason for not going the Garmin route? Are you going to paint? Sorry if I missed some of this.
Rick obviously has spent countless hours thinking this build through. Take a really close look at the fit and finish of this build and it is obvious there is a tremendous amount of pride here. This is just the type of person you want to buy from. You will probably make a friend for life and that's worth more than the RV . Fly back to visit him now and then because I'm sure he will miss this when she is gone. Just "plane" wow.
Rick, I have a RV7A kit I am looking to sell. The work that has been done was from a gentleman that worked in the sheet metal shop at the NAVAL AIR STATION here in Corpus Christi. The empennage and wings are built. The workmanship is correct. The fuselge was cleco’d together at one point ,but taken apart for storage as life got in the way. The slider canopy was hi choice. The finishing kit still needs to purchased but all of the hardware for the empennage/wings/fuselage kits are complete. I’m a of your RV videos and thought you may know someone interested.
You had me at "Mil-Spec" -SSgt Fitz;)
nice bird!

Wow!
Beautiful job! Congratulations. I dreamed and enjoyed just by looking at that plane.
Basically the airplane I’m building. Going with the AeroLEDs integrated wingtips and fuel injection but this is a well done example of an RV-8FB.
How many RVs do you have?
Beautiful
Wow, she's a beaut, brother! Love it!!
Garmin G550, G sus.

Beuatiful plane, well done. cheers from Sweden
Looks sick fast. Well done! I want one.
And the fastback definitely looks better than stock. Wow.
I love this plane.
Let me guess, spring hooks from the dynafocal are holding the intersection fairings?
Hi rick, we went to sun and fun together in that plane, you built most of it in your basement, beautiful plane
Hey Gary, yea I sure did, I even rigged the wings in the basement….just didn’t final assy at the airport.
WoW!! First build and its a Beauty! I am glad you have her back!
Where is the absorption on landing with the front legs not having any visible flexion or shocks? I know it's somewhere but it's camouflaged very well.
That thing is beautiful and seems absolutely loaded! My guess: over $200,000. I remember when RVs weren't so high priced about fifteen years ago. .
So cool. Now I want to learn how to fly.
Gorgeous!

An amazing airplane! I wish I had your skills! 😂 Adjustable rudder pedals, I wonder if that could be done in a RV10?
