The aircraft in the museum are amazing, and the guide was great too. I do like the shape of the Z3. I had a Z4 for 10 years before I bought my first Morgan.

@DevaMog Thanks for the reply - the Z3 was my uncles and gifted to me when he stopped driving this year - he'd had it from new, always garaged & covered - its near immaculate and only covered 13.5k miles in 27yrs. I've had to insure it for the daughter & granddaughter, so they can enjoy it as well. We have our VW serviced at Christopher Neil, so have a look at the Morgans on a regular basis - yours is a stunner & I'm guessing you're enjoying the upgrade!

Glad you enjoyed it. Very similar experience with farm vehicles. I think farmers must wait for the sound of a car before they pull into the lanes.

You must have a large phone and a big wallet!! I have a Plus 4 and there is a bit more space in it than that, although it is limited. I regularly drive with all the bits and pieces such as a small toolkit, satnav, sunglasses, sidescreen cover, maps, water bottles etc. Mind you, the dog has to hang onto the luggage rack.

Glad you enjoyed it. You are right, the Morgan looks right at home in those parts and the residents were as interested in our car as we were in the history of their properties. We had a fabulous few days.

I was in a brand new one in the Midlands a few weeks ago, very disappointing. No room for anything, not even behind the seats. You had to open the driver's door to insert the ignition key. The dash board looked like floor vinyl & the quality of fit wasn't good. My wife previously loved them, but like me, now thinks it is impractical, poorly put together & a waste of money.

Many thanks for your feedback. It was a great turnout considering many owners SORN their cars during the winter months. The Healey was a recent purchase by a member of our club. It is in fabulous condition and it sounds amazing. I’m sure we’ll be seeing more of it in the coming months.

We do our best to attend to capture some of the wonderful memories we experience. We are about to plan our events calendar for next year, so looking forward to that.

Thank you for your feedback. At the backend of the year we tend to go for indoor events as the weather is more unpredictable. It was a great experience, one that many of our club members had not done before. Great memories to look back on!

'The Danny', built in 1903, started its life as a steam powered tug-tender for the Shropshire Union Canal Company. It now operates as a cruise boat sailing along the Manchester Ship Canal.

@@cambo2910, luggage space is a problem. I am allowed about 20% of the available space when we travel, but the car is such a delight to drive that it’s worth it.

Try Boot Bag Company - soft waterproof bags with straps attached. Bit fiddly to fit on the luggage rack but work well, and you can get two on a single rack, one above the other. Mrs Wisott and I have one each; sharing a suitcase does not work for us!

They are only really a day trip car.

Thank you for your comment. We are blessed to have such magnificent scenery on our doorstep and I’ve never been so happy with a car. The new design doesn’t suit everyone’s taste, but I love it.

@@paulchappell, thank you for your feedback. It was a fabulous day’s driving in the most stunning surroundings. Choosing background music is the most difficult part of the editing process, for me. I have limited MP3’s, many of which are copyright protected, so I tend to go for popular tracks with as much relevance as possible.

@@paulchappell, thank you. I love it. Devamog were meant to have a scenic run at the weekend, but it was cancelled due to the organisers suffering from COVID. With the weather being fine, we decided to have a run out alone. It was fabulous! We had a picnic at the lake, then walked along a footpath to a vantage point high above the lake. The views were breathtaking. I highly recommend it if you’re in the area.

@@DevaMog Thanks for your comment. I remember a visit to the Morgan factory as a highlight. I drove my Plus 4 around the narrow roads of Lincolnshire for 12 months before bringing it back to Oz. Love the new Summertime-Looks better than the E Type. Enjoy!

Hi, It is a Plus Six. The Plus Six was launched in 2019 replacing the Plus 8, which ended production in 2018.

For a small to medium sized dog a two seater is also an option as there is an area behind the seats for the dog to sit. Paul

It is a magnificent car. Hard to believe that it is 50 years old.
