Isometric routine. 30 each with 30 rest. Great for recovery or stand-alone session
1min office desk stretch
Переглядів 327 місяців тому
Stand in a door way and start with your arm overhead and work your way down to each position of a clock so from 12 to 5 for the right arm or 12 to 7 for the left. This will get a good stretch into your upper body if your sitting at a desk for long periods You can also stretch the upper/lower back by simply holding onto the door frame and sitting back into the stretch

Thx 🙏
I cannot go to floor i try standing exercises. For the first exercise should we turn our whole body including pelvis or only upper body?? Thank you very much 💖🙏
Thank you for the demonstration. I was advised by a spinal surgeon to do these for my back. My L4 up to L5 and past is a total mess. I need assistance walking. I can probably try the first one with the bands but not the second. I just had a tkr and 2 major surgeries on my shoulder so I know I can't do the second one. He also said baby crawls are good.
Wait, what?
Great channel, helpful to me today 👍
What do you mean by 30 seconds in the description?
Hey Ronnie, what about bringing the contralateral hand and leg together as a exercise?
Inno Sport... nice! Very rare.
Thank you, I will try these. My pain starts behind the knee but more towards the side of my knee where you pointed. My doctor yesterday says I have peroneal neuritis
Where is part #1 located?
How thick is the carbon fiber sheet?
How high can you jump?
Are you on IG
Excellent thank yoy
My pleasure
DB hammer methods love 💓 it man
Hi, You are familiar with DB Hammer work?
So when I play soccer and do exercise I get this really sharp pain around the Peroneal nerve area. I also have feet pain when wearing a lot of types of shoes, not all shoes but a lot of different types of shoes. Would you say that these stretches are good for me to do to get rid of that pain, particularly the sharp pain I get around the nerve?
All you can do is try it and find out 👍
@@OptimumBodyie but generally these stretches are for that kind of pain right?
@@Dichioo absolutely 👍
@@OptimumBodyie Great, will try it out. Thanks!
@@Dichioo Well...i also play soccer and after running for some time....i also get that tingling sensation from my knee to toe soo......did this exercise help u :?
Forgive my ignorance, is this for strong core for running? I have a anterior tilt when running which puts my ass back hence I am struggling to find good alignment when running.
It's more for hip muscles and its sets up the running mechanics very well as you can see.
A timber dowel.... or a sweeping brush ;)
I'm gonna rob this one bud
No problem
time? 19sec?
How is the advantage and disadvantages of using this compared to normal arm swing? Also who and when should this be used
Hi dad
Super great job!! Keep it up.
Hi Optimum body, what would you recommend for someone with osteitis pubis? I've been told by one physio you need to rest for around 6 months to get rid of it, but by others that I need to strengthen glutes and core.
Could you explain the drills?
MrCarlostias if you visit www.barrunnning.com for more information about the drills and human movement
Its a paid service lol
Did you delete any videos?
No. We are holding back new material for next week! keep a lookout
Very Good Ronnie. Keep them coming
When and how should I use these, thanks for videos
A lot of elite athletes do "overreaching" which is short term overtraining. They would train similar to the second graph on the right where their performance doesn't improve then they would do a recovery week e.g after 3 weeks of hard training. The 4th week would be recovery where they compensate and improve their performance. I read this somewhere on the internet but I don't remember where.
great video and great explanations
Kevin Heery glad you enjoyed it
this is brilliant! thanks for sharing
