madisonsreport.com/ For some rail traffic categories, percentage changes for the current week compared with the same week in 2020 are inflated due to the widespread shutdowns - and subsequent large reduction in rail volumes - that impacted many economic sectors last year at this time. US railroads originated 528,774 carloads and intermodal units for the week of May 22, up +23% from the same week last year and 286,547 containers and trailers, up +20%. You are using the total number of single family homes in the U.S. as your denominator when you are calculating the impact that Wall Street will have on the market. The denominator should actually be just the number of homes for sale on the market at that time. BTW. property appreciation is going to be insane over the next 10 years. Dude, NOBODY asking the right questions.. Why you think Sleeping and Eating and rising kinds in your own home is Taxable activity??? Do you understand that TAXES ARE COMMERCIAL? (AdValorem are COMMERCIAL) So? How's private home became CASINO or MC Donald's? And how Local corporations (assumed) government can TAX your Right to Own Property? This is direct violation of US Constitution and Basic God Given rights. Stop been a slave these "Taxes" are nothing but Extortion, Racketeering and theft..

\This man has done little research. Loggers and truck drivers aren't making any more money. Big manufacturing mills are making fortunes. 1st. quarter 2020 Frazier Wood profit $9,000 ,000....1st quarter 2021 Frazier Wood profit $665,000,000. I think it is done on purpose to break this country. All 5 major manufacturers raised prices in unison.

Mike, I agree with you on the price raising and how the mills are making fortunes. I made a follow up video and I talk about who is making money on this. Loggers have so much supply but seems like the saw mills seemingly can't meet demand. ua-cam.com/video/_cOVh4k8jz0/v-deo.html
