In my view, the value of a country's land is closely tied to the state of its economy. Pakistan's current economic situation is deteriorating day by day, with people increasingly focused on affording essentials like fuel, electricity, food, medical care, and education. As a large portion of the population faces worsening conditions, discussions about saving and purchasing property seem irrelevant as conditions are deteriorating daily. Withdrawing money from property in Pakistan in times of need could lead to significant losses, which are already in loss due to the current situation. Pakistan's current economic and Political situation, the ongoing economic downturn, and rising dollar prices, the frauds and tricks of real estate industry and many other reasons including unnecessary taxes on keeping a property are enough to withdraw the hard-earned money from non-productive investments like plots and barren grounds, as the price decline is likely to persist for the next couple of years so it's better to invest in productive businesses and industries instead which not only offers better prospects but also helps improve the economy of our country.

C14 15 16 are just drama. Possession are given after 20 years as per CDA record . All Govt departments have defaulted. People lost billion . Prices crashed 50% down . Zero sale purchase at ONE WINDOW . Total collapse . Crises like situation. No one trust any govt departments now .

What is the fault of allottees if CDA miserably failed to develope/ hand over the plots even after the expiry of ,35- 37 years. The case needs to be decided by Court of Law only. Must high light this is due before someone approach the Court. Thanks.
