How do you take the faceplate off?? There has to be an easier way than unscrewing the tiny screws on the side.

What are you clicking the camera to because that mount by itself has nothing to hold the camera. I think you’re missing the part that it clicks to.

Update - I'm pretty sure the 'A' screws are only if you want to use the included wedge kit to angle your doorbell. If you intend to only keep the doorbell flush against the wall then use the 'B' screws
