Edit: Jythonscript managed to get a 7.100 start, meaning the theory time is now 33.68 A (theoretically) optimal run of Trust Fling that (theoretically) could be performed by a human. This beats the current world record by 1.03s. Cube momentum with cheeky sideways pedestal button big slope boost, triple laser with floor portal stuff (if you can make it faster with weird cube interactions falling through the portal), repulsion intro with optimal spd route, and i wasn't prepared with all the answers but this will buy me some time.

theres no programming involved, its more like a segmented run. most of this was played by me in real time

@@ter1mok i used a program that converts demo files into TAS files. i then played the TAS file back, which lets me gain control at the end of the TAS inputs and continue the run. when i get an attempt of a section that I'm happy with i can simply repeat the process.

Pretty much. My goal is to take the strats and hop patterns that are possible for a human and push them to their absolute limit
