Hey man, your channel is criminally underrated and your paintings are wonderful. This video in particular is really helpful. If it's something you'd have the time and interest in making, it'd be really cool to see another video that goes more in depth about the process of using colored pencils and shows steps from the beginning to the end of the painting and how they're layered. Great info, Tim! I'd love to hear you talk about how to remove the varnish. And would the same process and supplies be the same for all types of varnish? I used varnish for the first time within the last year on a couple of my college paintings. I'm thinking I want to repaint my signature on one of them, but would need to remove the varnish to do so.

I bet if you teach us how to paint ghosts and creepy scenes for Halloween you would grab a lot more subscribers. Your talent should be reaching way more people. I found you searching "how to make a painting look more 3D". i search a lot of art channels. Also just start showing and less talking. ADHD artists like myself work on watching. Verbal instructions are lost in first sentence. Since everyone and their dog seems to be diagnosed with ADHD lately, you could do a painting geared for how we learn. Title painting ghosts with helpful visual ADHD instructions. ❤ or just ignore me lol.
