The Himalayan Adventure Continues: Days 2 & 3 of Our Langtang Gosaikunda Trek! 🚶‍♂️
In this episode, we take the trek to new heights-literally! From the tranquil trails of Mundum to the breathtaking climb up Kyanjin Ri Peak and a stunning visit to the pristine Ice Lake, these two days are filled with adventure, incredible landscapes, and soul-soothing Himalayan vibes. 🏔
📍 Day 2: Bamboo to Mundum
The journey begins with a trek through lush forests, the sounds of the Langtang River echoing around us.
Scenic trails lead us past charming villages and suspension bridges, offering a perfect mix of peace and challenge.
Arriving at Mundum, we’re rewarded with panoramic views of the surrounding hills, a cozy atmosphere, and warm local hospitality.
📍 Day 3: Mundum to Kyanjin Ri Peak & Ice Lake, Back to Gumba Dadha
The day kicks off early as we challenge ourselves to reach Kyanjin Ri Peak (4,773m). The climb is tough but rewarding, offering jaw-dropping 360° views of the Langtang range, including Langtang Lirung and Dorje Lakpa.
After soaking in the surreal beauty of the Himalayas, we continue to the stunning Ice Lake-a hidden gem surrounded by snow-capped peaks and crystal-clear reflections. It’s the perfect spot for some quiet reflection and amazing drone shots!
We end the day by descending to Gumba Dadha, where we relax and relive the day’s unforgettable moments surrounded by mountain serenity.
